normally don't post negative reviews, but was surprised at negative experience, and also, what they're doing with tbills is so corrupt

Today we went there to take take money out of our account. First off, the guard GLARED at my husband for literally no reason. Then the teller at the drive up was extremely unwelcoming. I took money out of my account, then my husband asked to put the money in his account and the lady disappeared from the window as my husband was picking up the card that fell. Like what kind of customer service is that. I'm sorry that they feel "uncomfortable" around someone with an accent, or someone who isn't white like them. But it's rediculous that we would have to be treated like that.

I have no beef with the branch employees but Bank Of America as a corporate entity is thoroughly corrupt. They exemplify the sort of manipulation and usury that destroys communities. Avoid them if you can. If you can't read everything very carefully, make copies and consult private CPA's or tax attorneys before signing anything. I plan to take all my business elsewhere as soon as humanly possible. There are better options.

I went in there to cash a check, and I went there before and never was asked for my ID, because I have a credit card with the bank. But today the lady after I waited more than 10 minutes, made me go back in the car and bring in my id. I had to go back in line and by the time I was done, it took close to 30 minutes to cash a simple check. Terrible customer service. Awful .... I'm so upset with this kind of services!!!!
