Orchid Nails And Spa

The owner is very rude and unprofessional! I called there on Tuesday to go in for a refill and was told she was booked ;and for me to come Wednesday @ 4 instead. I arrived Wednesday picked my color and right away I felt there was tension! Her employee states loudly “ well do you even have an appointment “ and I said yes of course for 4 pm. I noticed the owner was finishing up with her current customer, so I sat and waited. As soon as she finishes she walks over, bypasses me and tells another woman to have a seat; and stated to other lady who was waiting that she would be with her in 15 mins. I was beyond shocked, so I stood up and asked her, “what about my 4 pm appointment with you.. “She had the audacity in front of everyone in a high pitched voice stating “ No no you don’t have an appointment!” she looks at her current customer shakes her head and states “ you made an appointment for 4 today right” of course her customer responds “ yes it was me”... I repeated myself and said “ yes I did make an appointment, “ and I pointed out to her employee that made the appointment for me . She begins flipping through her appointment book aggressively, claiming my name isn’t in it. When she did find it for 4 pm, she says something in her language and had the audacity to tell me to wait for 15 mins. This was obviously an error on her that could have been fixed, but she felt her nasty attitude was the way to go about the situation... I put her polishes back on the shelf, and walked out of the door.... Never going back!

Love this place!!! All of the women are very friendly and do a Great job! They are also very accommodating with their hours!! Prices are the best around.

I've been a customer for years. They do great work, my nails and my daughter's are always beautiful. It's a very clean, professional shop.
