Fantastic customer service. They actually listen to what you want and are able to make it happen. Too many times I've went to get a trim somewhere and left with hair 5 inches shorter, but the stylists at Sorelle always do exactly what I ask for. Julie dyes my hair and she was able to get the color I've been trying to get for years, but none of the stylists at any other salon seemed to be able to do that for me. She was great and I haven't went anywhere else since the first time I went there! And the new location is beautiful, very classy.
