Creative Nails & Spa (Millbury)

I walked in and waited 25 minutes mean while 2 people who came in after me went in before me, to be told it would be another 10 minutes. It's my birthday and had plans for dinner and could not wait longer. I called after I left to talk to a manager. The girl told me there was no manager on then when I called her out on it she says she is busy in the back. I called her out on lying to me. Then got hung up on and finally spoke to a women who gave me excuses of short handedness and not everyone can do everything. I will not be back there again because of today. I have half nails all broken and a mustache for my birthday dinner.

I’ve been here for gel manicure, normal pedicure, and took my sister to get her eyebrows waxed. All three were great experiences. My nails came out great, the pedicure was relaxing and received free glass of wine. My sister paid $10 for eyebrow waxing and they look great! they are great at cleaning up the eyebrows. The staff is friendly and they have a cool check in system. They have a huge selection of nail colors. Large waiting area, too.

I went in yesterday for a pedicure with Nina, she was really nice and did a really nice job. My friend saw her today for a pedicure as well and I think they both came out great! I also saw Stephanie for a gel manicure this morning and she was awesome! The most friendly and funny nail tech I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, I will definitely request her for any future appointments and my nails came out the best they've ever looked in a very long time! I highly recommend that anyone going here asks for her! Thanks ladies :)

I gave it 2 tries and I did not like the way they did it so fast even with the spa pedicure. So I went to the one in park av instead- lovely decor but it’s all about the service!

Sandy and Steph are AMAZING. they are extremely attentive and know exactly what I want each and every time. I've been to other locations but Millbury is the only one I am ever truly satisfied with. Thank you thank you!
