WARNING!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS WAAAAYYYYYY BEYOND HORRIBLE. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. PAINT JOB LOOKED LIKE I LET A 4 YEAR OLD PAINT MY NAILS. VERY MUCH UPSET. POLISH WAS CLUMPY BUMPY ASS HELL. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE. IN FACT THEY SHOULD JUST CLOSE DOWN ALL TOGETHER. ALL THEIR DOING IS TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY. IF YOU DECIDE TO GO THERE YOU MIGHT AS WELL LET YOUR LIL SISTER DO YOUR NAILS. OH AND I DIDN'T MEAN TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR THEY DON'T DESERVE IT.

Worst experience and pedi of my life. Dirty equipment, sloppy paint job, and a 15 minute pedicure?? Then, he puts lotion after scrubbing before rinsing??? I'll pass, there are much better options in the city. I was reluctant to even pay, but I'm not that type of person. AVOID this place.

Never, ever, ever, ever again. I went here on my day off to get a mani/pedi. I'm 37 weeks pregnant so this was going to be a last nail treat for a while. I'm new to the area and this place was close to my house, so I figured I'd try it. I walked in and it appeared to be clean. So I asked for a mani pedi. I went to pick a polish the selection was really pathetic. Very few polishes, many of which were no name, dollar store cheapies and almost all of which had settled to due to age or lack of use. So I pick the best of the worst for my polishes and sit down in the pedicure chair. The guy didn't know how to cut nails. My nails were long, but in perfect shape. He didn't know how to cut long toenails apparently and did some of the cutting with a nail clipper and some with a cuticle clipper. He cut hangnails into BOTH of my big toes and then hacked off the hang nails with the cuticle trimmer, leaving BOTH of my big toes bleeding. He didn't comment on the fact that I was bleeding. Didn't change his tools or sterilize anything. Just kept going like nothing was wrong. I had to be silent for a minute because I was so angry. His solution to my bleeding was to douse my feet in lotion to mask the blood. I finally told him that the pedicure was over. That I was bleeding from both feet and I had never in my life had something like that happen to me. That it was unsanitary for him to continue on the way he had. And who cuts a pregnant woman and keeps going? Livid doesn't even begin to describe it. Never EVER again. My last piece of relaxation before my baby got totally ruined by this place.

It's not The Best, but it's really affordable. For a basic pedicure, they did a fine job. Usually you can drop in and get served right away, which is nice. The massage chairs are fantastic! I've gotten gel manicures there too, and they have been pretty good. I've gone to other spas and had a bit of a nicer job done, but it cost a lot more money. I never had the experience of the other reviewer here, who said she got butchered. I go back to this place pretty regularly... for my needs and my wallet, it's all good.
