I've been a patient at Innovator Dental for a few years. The staff is fantastic, especially Sana, who works at the front desk. She's very friendly and welcoming. Carley is an amazing hygienist, and I am always pleased with her work. Dr. Kumar is an excellent and professional dentist. She provides the best care. I absolutely love this dental office and its staff.

Innovator Avenue Dental has been a pleasure to deal with! They keep it straight forward, letting you know every step of every process. The dentists, hygienists and staff are great at getting you in and out with no hassle and smiles all round. They do as much as they can to keep billing as simple as possible and always let you know the amounts for what has done. I have never enjoyed dentists, but Innovator Ave makes the whole experience quite pleasant. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Innovator Avenue Dental for a while now, and they are honestly one of the best dental offices I've been to. The reception team always greets me with a smile & are very friendly. They are also very knowledgeable in terms of helping me determine what services are covered by my insurance. When I went in for my cleaning and checkup, the hygienist, dentist and their assistant were all very kind and thorough in explaining each procedure that was going to be completed. I feel as though each one of the staff takes that extra step to help me out, and I truly appreciate this of them.

Carley is an extraordinary hygienist, who is incredibly caring, kind, careful, efficient and very personable. She sets the bar very high. Dr. Seema and her staff are all excellent in their care, treatment and service. They exceed your expectations. Overall my experience at this dentistry has been wonderful!

I was a patient at innovator dental clinical. The staff is nice , the doctor is patient and friendly. BUT I am not satisfied with the dental care. I was not given the right treatment for my broken cap. After she replaced my cap I had pain for a long time. I went for follow up appointment as I still had pain for the same thing, I was charged again for their mistake. Ended up going to another dentist , who is really good. Spent lot of money and did not get right treatment.

BEWARE! my son is on healthy smile program and they charged a $250 fee. I found another place in Stouffville that does not charge this fee so I canceled my appointment at Little Dreamers and went to the other dental office. They only refunded me back $200 of the $250 that took a week to do because someone phoned me for a 4 minute phone call and called it a "medical assessment fee" where all they asked was there any changes in my sons health since last time he was there, which was last year. The answer was no since my son is a healthy 6 hear old. I received no service other than a 4 minute phone call that cost me $50?!!! There is nothing in writing about this policy and this fee not being non refundable. The whole reason I found another place was because I'm on a fixed income and can't afford the $250. I asked them to provide me with something in writing that this "fee" is non refundable which none of the paperwork I received did. Totally taking advantage of people. There are other places in Stouffville with no fees and better reviews. Just take a look, I found another one.
