Orangetheory Fitness

I have known Connie and her team at Orangtheory for at least a year. No matter what your fitness level, you are always welcome at Orangetheory!

When I started my OTF trial, I already had a membership at a nice gym in Guelph -- but I had no motivation to go, so I didn't. My first class with OTF was incredible. It was EXACTLY the right kind of workout I needed - fast-paced, high energy, results-driven, and FUN -- achieving "splat" points were a great motivator for a competitive personality like mine! Fast forward over a year later - I'm in the best shape of my life, and the workouts are something I really look forward to - not dread. I've even signed up for a 10k run this summer, which is certainly not something I thought I would ever be able to do, let alone sign up for voluntarily! OTF has changed how I view and value exercise, and I have Connie & the team to thank for that.

Best workout ever! Every time I go it's a different workout and a different challenge and I've been a member for over a year. Great for all fitness levels. 🍊❤

Beware!!! I agree with all the posts, a fantastic gym and staff....until you try and quit! Make sure you read page 2 of your contract. Really unfortunate how “family” will treat you!!!! I was going to start up again at an orange theory where I now work but not a chance!

Best fitness gym in guelph! The coaches are amazing and motivating they keep you working. I love the heart rate monitor while working out to know how your doing. Any level of Fittness would do amazing here. I can not get enough of it!
