I’ve had a super positive experience working out at this GoodLife location. The gym has a friendly environment and the staff are always welcoming. Especially Alex, who has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable in the gym. I’ve noticed he is always both friendly and helpful to all members in the gym, ensuring they have the best experience. I know I can always count on him to help me out!

No sauna. Employees say it will not be soon for its return. Also is very small. I’d argue this is closer to a fit4less given the lack of amenities and tiny workout area. Makes me think twice about paying the incredibly high rates that GoodLife charges.

My spouse and I both had a great experience working out here. Gym staff are always friendly and helpful. I had a pleasure to sign up for 4 PT sessions with Pavle, who did a great job at helping me to establish the baseline of my training routine. Pavle also identified an issue with my shoulder joint and guided me through various exercises to help me out with it, which I appreciate a lot.

Horrible experience with the employees. I normally go to the other location and to the Kingston gym during school and after calling this location twice to see if I could get my girlfriend in for a free workout they said that it isn’t an issue and they offer a free workout if it’s your first time at the location. After both of us driving twenty minutes to this location they don’t allow her in even after explaining that they said we could on the phone and tried to upsell her on getting a membership after I couldn’t tell him the name of the employee who told me that it’s offered. I’m really disappointed about this considering the huge amount of time wasted and the fact that they told me on two different occasions that we could come in for a free trail. I haven’t had a bad experience in the past with GoodLife but this one really irritated me since I had to drive for over 40 minutes for absolutely nothing. My advice, don’t go to this location and make sure you get the name of the employee if they offer you absolutely anything over the phone.

Very clean and friendly place. Did a few personal training classes with Pavel and they were very beneficial. He was able to point out weaknesses in form and stability giving me a safer lift. Classes are a bit expensive but if you can spend the money it's worth it.

Going to this Gym since one year. Excellent place. Good customer service.

Decent gym, sadly because of covid the times it's open has gone down significantly and it seems the prices has increased. The price doesn't bother me much since I have a corporate membership which makes it affordable. My big gripe with this place is the size, it's very small for the area it's serving. No fault of their own but there'll be times where free weights are pretty full of people and getting anything done can be challenging. The place fills up quickly due to its smaller size

Just got a membership here to accommodate my busy day schedule because it says it is open 24 hours on the building. I chose GoodLife even though it is more expensive than other gyms for this reason, but apparently they are not open at night anymore. Anyone know when they are going back to 24 hours or if they have the option to refund membership fees due to this inconsistency?

Best fitness centre in Guelph. Spacious, clean, staffs are amazing and you feel good vibes inside. Been going there for 2 years and it’s always been a pleasant experience here.
