The gym is a nice facility, staff are very friendly and professional. The biggest drawback is the lack of showers. I'd love to be able to shower like other locations. Is this being planned for?

It's small, not a whole lot of varieties of equipment (compared to many other gyms) but it's not usually busy and the cost is really low. You get pretty much what you pay for. It's just unfortunate that they aren't 24hours

Clean ... yes... busy... yes... $20 a month... Yes. The only way I see this getting better is to move it out if the mall. You see the 3 locations in Kitchener Waterloo are 24/7 for the same price. Why they placed this facility in the mall is beyond me! Mall hours are horrible, no holidays, yet I pay the same here than if I went to a 24/7 location.

Gym is supposed to open at 9am on Sunday. I am waiting at the doors, it’s 10:30am and no one is here. There’s no way of contacting anyone. Awesome

Worst customer service, cancelled my membership and they continued to take money out of my account, called 3 times to ask about why they were still charging me and each time they said they would call me back and never retuned my call. Cheap for a reason. Go somewhere else its a tiny gym with barely any equipment.
