Opt Clinic Options for Sexual Health

Great experience! I've used a different OPT clinic before and had great results, but I was a bit anxious about trying a new one. I'm happy to say everyone I encountered was super nice, and the OBGYN was very attentive, sweet and informative. Would definitely go again should the need arise!

The clean atmosphere is great, but not as great the staff on site. Going to a different clinic is nerve wracking, but the nurse i saw and the receptionist at the desk were the sweetest. Thank you again for making my visit a comfortable one :

I went here for the first time for a pap exam, and the nurse was extremely sweet and knowledge. She made sure I felt comfortable and made me feel at ease. The office is very clean and well kept! You can even purchase birth control directly from the office, but they only take cash. Would highly recommend!

Not sure why you can’t book an appointment through the phone. I called during the times it says the phones are answered. It says the phones are intermittently answered and to call back later, but after the recording stops the line just drops so what’s the point of calling back later if I can’t even get it to ring somewhere? And it says only return clients can book online. I guess you just can’t make an appointment here at all.

Amazing clinic, came here for STI testing and cervical cancer screening. Incredibly warm, friendly doctor who was open and answered all of my questions.

It took me 2 months to book an IUD removal, which is understandable since the clinic is so busy. But when I got to my appointment, I filled out the form, waited half an hour more just for the nurse to tell me that she’s unable to perform the IUD removal. So I waited 2 months and went all the way there for nothing. Then the receptionist rebooked me for another appointment 2 MORE months from now so I have to deal with painful periods two more times. The staff seems to not understand that if a patient has stated they need to come in for a specific procedure, they need to make sure there is a medical professional around that day to do it.
