Open Flame Steak & Lounge

A great out of the way place for a date night. While you can order pre-cooked food, their claim to fame is a self service grill where they kill it and then you grill it. I had the bacon wrapped pork and my wife had the bacon wrapped chicken breast. Both were quite good. It is worth the trip to visit just for the old style small town charm.

Great service, great food, and I love the grill your own Meat concept. My only complaint is the took Exile Brewery's Ruthie beer off the tap. 😞

Service wasn't the best. Didn't take our order till after we had the appetizer for a few minutes. Prime rib was amazing though. Among the best I've had.

I had my best top sirloin steak dinner ever at Open Flame. You pick your cut of meat from cooler and you cook it on grill. Then you cook your Texas toast. Then you can select your own plate full of salad greens and prepared salads from a large salad bar. There is a full bar with a talented bartender. The waitresses are friendly and fast. The dinner was $20.00 so it was very competitively priced. The restaurant was filled with farmers and wives along with a bus load of senior citizens from local assisted living center. The customers loved good food and loud conversations. I love this place.
