*UPDATE* Christmas Eve 2022, I had the… BUTTER CHICKEN MAC&CHEESE!!! What a winner! My new favourite Oodle Noodle Dish. See pictures below. Try one today and you won’t regret it!! November 2022 I am so glad I tried the *NEW* Oodle Noodle location at 1224 - 17 Ave SW which JUST opened! It reminds me of the traditional noodle takeout places with an updated twist. It feels like a Fusion between Chinese and East Indian cuisine. This Malaysian noodle house features many Thai dishes. I chose the Penang Laksa with Mandarin thick Udon noodles. It was new for me with lots of shrimp, chicken, and fresh seasonal vegetables, and TOFU! All smothered in Oodle Noodle's rich and creamy coconut sauce. WOW! I didn't realize how much I liked tofu. Each bite was amazing and lots of protein for me. I also tried the Premium Combo Box with tons of chicken, beef, shrimp, vegetables, and mandarine noodles in a teriyaki-like sauce. Again, a hit! You have a choice of 4 proteins, veggies and tofu and 3 kinds of thin, thick or rice noodles. I already have my next box picked out - Butter Chicken Mac N'Cheese - nothing says ASIAN FUSION more than this dish! The service was friendly, the restaurant is clean, organized and the husband/wife owners are super helpful I forgot to ask how to spell their names so I will have to add this later. I am certainly a going to be a repeat customer! Their prices are great and you get filled up pretty quickly with the generous portion size. Oodle Noodle also offers a variety of a starters, soups, salads and desserts. READY FOR A CANADIAN FUSION CLASSIC? *Bombay Butter Chicken Poutine* Another on my list for my next visit! Not to mention all the fresh ingredients. VEGANS have no fear, there are plenty of options for you too! I certainly recommend stopping into OODLE NOODLE tucking in the corner of the new strip mall at the corner of 12 Street & 17 Avenue across from Popeyes. Worth the trip!!

Loved this place when I lived in Edmonton and was super excited to see it came to Calgary. It’s an icon of a restaurant, delicious noodles and food beating all other takeout noodle places. The Calgary location did not disappoint. Asked for extra spicy and they cranked up the heat! Delicious! Will be back.

Small cute place for a quick lunch or take out. Noodles were extremely tasty and, OMG, the portions are really large. Neither me nor my husband could finish the dish, even though it was delicious. Extra thanks to Roni hope I’m not misspelling the name. He was very helpful and pleasant.

They promised sauce and you got it! I ordered the vegan kung pao and it was exactly what I needed. On a bed of noodles you get a whole bunch of ingredients mixed in a zesty, spicy sauce and topped with the optional peanuts. The ingredients that I selected were a bunch of stir-fried vegetables and some tofu. Yum yum! The location is excellent with a lot of walking traffic and easy enough to just jump on some public transit and go where you need to. The ambiance is a lot of fun. It is sunny, bright, and very open. The music playing was also energetic and fun. A good place to call "a little sunshine on earth." The cute cartoons on the wall definitely makes a person smile when they walk in. The gentleman who served me was friendly and welcoming. He knew the menu and gave me some good suggestions. I was happy that he was my first impression of what this place was like. He is good at his job and can cook. A good employee to have there. All in all, this place is a wonderful stopping point for anyone who needs some saucy noodles and a smile. Go for the food and leave with happiness. That's what this place does. Decided to check this place out today and I was stoked that I did. As soon as you walk in you notice how clean the establishment is. I was greeted by two men who were very welcoming and helped with recommendations and explaining the menu. The food was a good size and tasted amazing. I'll definitely be coming back and I'll make my way through the menu. 5 stars.

This place just recently opened their first location in Calgary, located on 17th Ave SW. This popular Edmonton noodle restaurant offers an Asian inspired menu with over 20+ tasty noodle dishes. They also have vegan and gluten free options available.

Good food with great customer service. Very clean restaurant, I would recommend eating here. Vegetarian options: They have vegan options as well.

Tried this place for the first time ordering via skip. Food was ready in good time and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, both my partner and I found the food a little bland. Though, I think this could be easily solved by having more topping options on all dishes like green onions, fresh herbs, peanuts etc. Just felt it was a little lackluster. Portion size and value was good. Vegetarian options: Fairly good amount of options with tofu - good tofu too!

I was extremely excited for this location to open since Oodle Noodle was one of my favourite eateries in Edmonton. The quality of food and service was excellent, if not the same as what I experienced in the Edmonton locations. Yummy!! My only worry is that they might need more ventilation because it really does get smoky in there.. Still, my partner and I will be back for more take out!!
