One North kitchen And Bar

Went here for my husband's birthday dinner. Food was amazing and service was great, atmosphere was wonderful, modern and comfortable. We ordered mozzarella sticks for appetizer, they were fresh and delicious with hardly any wait, the ranch was superior. We both had the salmon with steamed veggies and smashed red skin potatoes. The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The veggies were perfect my husband said he wanted to know how they were cooked because he would eat vegetables all the time made like that!. The potatoes were glorious, creamy goodness. New favorite restaurant.

Monday night Open MIC with Kathy Ford is the best. Great mix of the crowd, and variety of music and musicians; lots of smiles, laughs, and get up here and sing/play with us; no egos, just share your gift. Server David was friendly, and professional even when busy. Bar offerings and beer on tap are great variety and the burgers are yummy. Clean restaurant with very comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a stand out place with dedicated staff. I am very grateful. I will be back

Marisa was amazing. We enjoyed everything about our first visit. The food was exceptional. We had the steak and bourbon salmon. It was so good and cooked perfect. The asparagus was soft and the red potatoes were so creamy.

I have now been here 3 times. Once for dinner, once for just drinks, and once for a lunch take out order. Each time was terrific except the time I stopped in for drinks. That particular time was only marginal because the bartender made me the same drink twice, but both were very different from each other. The pictured drinks are supposed to be an old fashion. Also pictured is their patty melt that I ordered most recently for take out. Omg, it was so good. The beef patty had just a hint of pink and the caramelized onions were so flavorful. Plus the thousand island dressing was more flavorful than I've had elsewhere. Usually, dressing added to a sandwich is dull. I look forward to returning.

OK, the hubs and I were part of a group of 19. My niece called ahead. We got there around 3:30PM. It wasn't busy. The room we were in was lovely, clean and organized. We had two servers. Heaven was assigned to our table. She did her best, I have no doubt. It took about 30-40 minutes to get our beverages. We definitely waited 20+ minutes to get our waters. My brother-in-law ordered his meal as soon as he was seated. He confirmed his order when food orders were being taken, fish and chips. Everyone's food arrived, his did not. We followed up on it. The waiter didn't put in the order and it was coming. He left. My burrito was good, but lacking any flavors. The bottled hot sauces made up for it. The hubs had cavatappi shrimp and said it was very good. We will go back. My brother-in-law, not likely. Kid-friendliness: They have a separate children's menu!

My partner loved his jalapeño & bacon burger, gave it a 10/10 perfect! Sadly my order was not so great; it was actually one of the worst chicken wraps I’ve ever had. I really wanted to like this place but I have to be honest, I was extremely disappointed… First issue was the bacon. Undercooked, soggy, rubbery, gray fat that was not crunchy at all, literally the worst texture Almost made me gag and ruined my meal. Then the chicken breast had lots of gristle in it. Ranch sauce was flavorless I’m not even picky when it comes to that, but it honestly had NO taste to it & the wrap itself was kind of small…. It was hollow & not very full. The tortilla by itself was the best part, and that’s really sad lol. I have no desire to go back here again, feel like I just wasted money. The only reason I ate it was because I was extremely starving & had already spent money on it, lol. Just stick to their burgers and you’ll be better off ‍

Very cool place! Big TVs everywhere and nice size bar for dining or drinking. Bar tenders could use some help or training. Very friendly but lose track of you quickly. I would hope they would know their own food better. Not sure what is spicy and what is not. "Um, it's Buffalo sauce, so..." I was hoping for bar food but it seems they're trying to be a "fancy bar", no Philly cheese steak, no French dip, no reuben. The chicken club wrap was tasty. The fries were okay. They are seasoned but needed ketchup and a few weren't cooked thoroughly. On a positive note, the domestic draft beer is priced right!

They have a great beer selection overall. The service was ok not great. For instance I had to get up and get my own ketchup, salt, and pepper. Also when I first got there the host sat me at a bar that had no bartender and another kind associate pointed me to the bar with a bar tender. The food needs some work. My fries where not hot, the wrap I order was supposed to be warm but the tortilla was cold, like 40° cold. The coleslaw was decent and overall the wrap was good besides the very cold tortilla. For $15 and this place "trying" to be upscale... the tortilla should never come out cold , like it is not that hard to warm up shell.

Such as a mystery Box, Today is a complete problem to find a place where you and your family feel comfortable and have a great time. OneNorth Kitchen and Bar in west Saginaw highway ,Lansing is the place that many of us have been trying to find for a very long time. Everything is here!!!Great food, amazing drinks, enjoyable music and 10 stars service. It's my first time coming to OneNorth kitchen and Bar but it won't be the last .

I had the blackened chicken Alfredo. I’ve ordered the exact same thing a few times from here and it has a different taste every time. This last time it left a chalky taste in my mouth for hours! I couldn’t get that chalky taste/feeling out of my mouth. The burger is a frozen patty with absolutely no taste. I think I’ll try the pizza next time. I’ve had the fish here, it is a small portion but it is good.
