Eating pizza and playing is a great combination that you can have at Chuck E Cheese. My kids were having fun. The cheapest play package is $16 for 30 + 3 minutes 30 + 3 points. They have a large parking space too.
Terrible experience, half of the games did not work but continued to take your points and the manger couldn’t care less to at least put a sign on them. We waited 30 minutes to receive our pizza after which we checked to see when we would receive it and were told it would take 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we went to check again due to our buzzer never going off and we were told another 20 minutes. When asked why we are having to wait almost an hour for our order the employee insinuated that servicing the party they had was of more importance than servicing people not apart of the party. Which was never communicated when we ordered. We requested a refund for the pizza and eventually was able to get it. As a person who has worked in customer service for 10+ years I completely understand being overwhelmed and busy but never is this type attitude and lack of communication acceptable. I am deeply disappointed in the management and employees. I would have felt bad for them with how busy they were if they weren’t so rude and nonchalant about everything. Never again will I waste my money here.
Did not stay! Manager refused to sell my husband a beer because he wouldn't give her his middle name, He's 60! Then treated me like I was trying to buy a beer for a minor and was told that if he was seen drinking it we would have to leave. Not a problem we left. I have never been treated so rudely especially by someone a third of my age. We were there for my 2 year old granddaughters birthday. Never going back. This place is a dump anyway.
Very clean surprisingly! Great workers, fast food service and fun for the children. The machines are up to date with the scanner for tokens. Pizza came out fresh and kids loved it.
Pizza & birthday cake & ice cream very tasty. Nice they offer beer & lemonade as well as soft drinks. Great venue for a birthday gathering. Kids loved meeting Chucky & singing along with him & the staff.Food: 5/5
It was amazing and all the employees were so friendly. My son is so happy. I wish that they never got rid of the animatronics which they still have them but keep that location on it made me happy!
Very busy this morning, yet I still had one employee ask me if I needed anything or if he could take my used plates for me. The employee from whom I picked up my pizza from in the back wasn't bothered at all by me asking for extra sauce for my sticks. I hope they keep hiring employees like the ones who are working today. Thanks for a great day and great food.
They're doing their best to come back from this pandemic. I appreciate their efforts and cleanliness. I do like the guidelines they have enstated as well, my family felt safe for sure. My kids love to go and I'm so happy that they can enjoy themselves at a Chuck E Cheese again.
We went here today, Saturday at 7pm. There were maybe 4 other families in here. I’d call it dead. The employees were talking to one another, but everything looked clean for the most part. This location has strictly all arcade games. For $22 we were issued 72 play credits. Most of the games were only a credit a piece. Great value unlike most arcades. My kids are ages 1 and 3. They enjoyed themselves even though there wasn’t much for them. They have 4 ride on rides for infants and toddlers. Maybe 6-7 games that toddlers can do. The other games for older kids were fun. It was a good variety in there. Definitely a place for 5 years and up. They still have the mechanical band that you can watch as you eat. The prizes for tickets were less than impressive. Not very much for smaller kids who cannot accumulate many tickets. We did order a pizza to try. It wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t amazing. My 3 year old enjoyed it. My husband and I now have stomach aches and that’s the only common food we ate, that pizza. I wish there was a play structure or something else for the kids to do. Overall mostly good experience for our first time. We will be back, but not eat here again!
