Went here to celebrate my birthday dinner with a friend. Our server Erin was AMAZING! She was very attentive and friendly, we never had to ask for a refill, she just went above and beyond. Had a wonderful experience with her. I had the clucks and fries which were amazing. Highly recommend!!
Burgers are generous portioned and the smoked bacon is amazing. I love the onion rings along with the dipping sauce. All Burgers come with bottomless fries but if you want to have onion rings, while they are not bottomless there is a small up charge. They have several good kids meals. The only reason I did not give this experience five stars is because the salad my granddaughter ordered from the children's menu had an odd chemical taste. She chose not to eat it. She said the ranch they brought to go with the salad was amazing. My husband enjoyed the bottomless fries as usual. It wasn't too loud and it wasn't too quiet. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Kid-friendliness: They have a good children's menu and offer a children's ice cream sundae for $1.99 on it. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps or stairs and the parking lot and the sidewalk seem to be very flat and level with each other. I don't think there would be a problem because they have the big doors that open in the front.
We chose these restaurant to have a sibling get together. I drove from Redford Mi. Staff was very nice, polite, friendly. Our waitress was nice to us every offering to take pictures of us as a group. Parking: Parking lot was clean and well lite.
Service there was a nightmare. Granted, I showed up last to the party I was with, but they would have mentioned that there was someone else coming. Ordered a burger, and I guess they're options are either well done or raw. I asked for a little pink, and got basically a live cow for a burger. I had no utensils, no napkins, and no refill on my drink. I HAD TO GO TO THE BATHROOM TO GRAB PAPER TOWELS JUST SO I CAN CLEAN MY HANDS FROM THE SLIMY PINK BURGER! Our server almost had no care to come back and ask us how we were doing. But, she did manage to come back one time before we got our bill. The people in charge are either oblivious to the care some servers have, or take no pride in their job. Hard to believe that it takes one customer who has to grab towels from the bathroom for our server to realize that I didn't have anything. If Google had a zero star function, I'd click it in a heartbeat. I'll take my chances eating at Wendy's or McDonald's or Burger King with the price/quality they all have combined over "PINK ROBIN." At least next time if there is ever a next time, I'll be sure to choose the "not raw" burger
Waitress was great, she was very attentive and helpful. Checked on us multiple times. Food came out quickly. My mom's food wasn't made the way she ordered it, they promptly took it back and remade it for her. The manager brought it out to make sure all was well. I also noticed the manager was very attentive to what was going on in the restaurant, she was visible and constantly observing what was going on. It was a wonderful visit! Kid-friendliness: They had a good variety of options on the kids menu.
My wife and I haven't been to a Red Robin in a few years, we didn't know the freckled lemonade and root beer floats were unlimited. So that was exciting, and our server was 100% on top of making sure we didn't run out. The food was pretty good, the menu has changed quite a bit, but still has a lot of options. I'd recommend coming here for sure!
We waited about 40 minutes for our tables. We were a party of eight, but social distancing made us two parties of four. The waiter was very efficient and pleasant. The appetizers came out really fast, the food was served in a decent amount of time too. The restaurant was clean and properly social distanced, gaps between seats were taped, masks required. The food was all very good. Everyone else got burgers while I got the clucks and fries. I was satisfied with my portion of chicken, but I felt I comparison to the burgers and the price of the meal that the chicken meal should have been 6 pieces not four.
Our favorite burger place! They have so many, you'll find your favorite there! My daughter loves the Clucks and Fries. We love the bottomless steak fries. Service is great. Always busy.Food: 5/5
The food was very good, even the non burger meals. The fries need to be fried longer, but I expect with the bottomless french fry option, they are trying to turn out the batches quickly, but I'm not sure if that is why. You need to ask to have them fried to a dark golden color to get the close to a medium. Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple sites available.
