One Life Meals

This is hands down the best and easiest food delivery ever! I live in an apartment building and the food gets always delivered to my door in freezer bags. I am very busy with work and didn’t want to think about cooking or buying groceries anymore. I did choose the weekly lifestyle program and I am on my fourth week. It is unbelievable tasty, and so much variety. Before I started to use one life meal, I was worried that two deliveries per week would be maybe not enough and I would not like the food anymore on the third day I am picky that way :, but let me tell you, I was very wrong. The food tastes ALWAYS like it was just freshly cooked, doesn’t matter if I use the microwave at work, or the steam heater at home to heat it up. I also added breakfast in my weekly plan and its soo good, actually can’t believe it is healthy, BUT I lost after 3 weeks already 12 lbs and didn’t feel so good in a long time. I want to end my review, just with a big thank you to the One Life Meals Team. This is literally a life changer for me!

Andrei definitely found a way to combine in One meal both nutrition and delicious flavors. His menu has a rich variety of local and international culinary and you feel like you have a private chef cooking for you at home. After losing 20 pounds in 3 months, I realized a key thing on this process is not getting bored with the same food/taste, otherwise you will easily give up. I would say, a balanced diet is responsible for 80% of your weight loss equation secret. Of course, physical exercise and a strong mindset are also essential on this journey. In terms of value, when I realized I was paying for a delightful and nourishing meal the same price of a "Big Mac extra value meal" with only 25% of the calories, I was sold. Another thing important to say is that is very convenient to have fresh meals delivered at your door twice a week and also have the flexibility to easily rearrange the plan according to your needs. I have been working with Andrei and One Life Meals since October 2022 and it has been an absolute pleasure. Andrei and his team are extremely knowledgeable in the field of nutrition and very professional in how they run their business. After my initial consultation with Andrei, we put together a meal plan to suit my lifestyle and goals and setup regular check-ins to track my progress. The meals are delicious and nutritious. They also offer a great variety of choices. The other thing I really enjoy is that once you have had a chance to try all the different meals, you can customize your orders to receive the meals that you like the most which makes it easier to adhere to your nutritional goals in the long run. They were also flexible during the odd times that I couldn’t receive my deliveries and they allowed me to come in and pick up my orders from their kitchen. They are always prompt in responding to any questions I may have. I think that their service can work for many different people, but I believe the main advantages of their meal plans that worked for me is that it takes the guess work out of figuring out your nutritional needs i.e. marcos and calories and more importantly, you get back so much more time not having to plan meals, travel, grocery shop, cook, clean etc. Removing these inconveniences reduced the chance of giving up and helped to build strong habits that moved me closer to my goals. I’ve had Three meal prep services in Toronto, and this is by far the best, the team at One Life care to any restriction or need you have, everything’s personalized after your consultation to what fits you and the food most importantly is delicious, the bags they come in keep the cold and fresh and the delivery is on point, and since I’ve started I am now down 50 pounds!!! This is my review of One Life Meals after over a year of working with Andrei and his fabulous team. I first connected with Andrei in October 2021 after researching different companies offering meal service. From the start, my experience with Andrei and the team has been very positive. They are professional, deliver meals on time as scheduled, communicate well, provide timely updates / reminders and all in all, genuinely care for your success and in helping you achieve it. Additionally, Andrei schedules bi-weekly or monthly accountability check-in calls to discuss progress and address any questions or concerns you have. If you follow Andrei on social media, you'll see he very much embodies what he preaches. This is an admirable character trait and and an easy decision why One Life Meals is the right company for me to partner with to achieve my weight loss goal. Reflecting on the year and the time since I've partnered with One Life Meals, here is the message I sent to Andrei this morning: Thank you, Andrei, and your team for being a part of my weight loss journey and success this year. The meals have been integral and critical to my daily meal planning, execution, consistency and results. My highest weight this year was 228.2 lbs. My lowest was 193.4 lbs, which I achieved this week on my birthday. That's a difference of 34.8 lbs! Most of that was achieved in the last few months, since the start of October when I weighed in at 216 lbs. It's been a great year! I'm proud of myself. I feel in control. I am transforming and want to continue living a healthy lifestyle. I look forward to achieving even better results in the new year. I look forward to recovering from knee surgery I had this week, becoming stronger and supporting my family. What I'll leave with you is, all it takes to achieve your weight loss goal or any goal for that matter is self discipline. Since I injured my knee while playing sports at the end of October, all I could focus on and control is my nutrition so that's exactly what I'm doing. You'll amaze yourself like I have with the results you'll achieve by focusing on only what's critical and essential. For me, that script is intermittent fasting 18:6, drinking hot water throughout the day 3 to 5+ liters daily, logging everything I eat yes, even down to the amount of oil because almost everything has calories, and staying within my daily colorie limit by using MyFitnessPal. I struggled for many years in this area but the lessons I've learnt have come from all of that. It simply comes down to how badly you want something for yourself. Delayed gratification, be willing to put in the work now that your future self will thank and be proud of you for. Be happy wherever you are and enjoy the journey.

The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star review is I haven't actually tried the food yet! However, conceptually, I agree wholeheartedly with their system they have developed. Attempts by them to use local and organic, and gluten free options, with reasonable pricing, and delivery to boot, means all my meal needs are met! Where do I start with One Life meals… This company is absolutely amazing, from Andrei, to the lovely chefs & drivers. This company embodies excellence, the customer service and attention to detail inspires me. The kitchen is So clean and well thought out. No detail was overlooked. You can tell a professional engineer and powerhouse of a team is behind this place. Highly recommend picking up your meals at least once to take a peek Andrei has created a solution and that has transformed by body and many young woman in my workplace. I love how this company offers a large delicious meal variety, prompt delivery twice a week, and the coaching and scientific understand necessary to change your mindset to stay in shape long term. The first 3 days of my meal plan, I’ve already lost 3 lbs. just from eating clean. I love the presentation, the variety of protein and healthy vegetables, and the flavour! I am so happy I started this journey, it saves me so much time that I can finally focus more on my business and my family.
