By their OWN staff members.nMy personal experience was quite disappointing. The facilities were often unclean, and equipment was frequently out of order.nnIt’s clear that some of the 5-star reviews for this gym are being written by employees. The overwhelmingly positive feedback seems out of sync with my experience. The facility is often dirty, and the equipment is poorly maintained. When I brought up these issues, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. If you’re considering this gym, I’d recommend looking beyond the overly positive reviews and checking the place out for yourself to get a realistic picture.

I’ve been attending One Health for a while, and Daniel and Tariq always stand out for their welcoming, friendly, and encouraging demeanor. What sets them apart is their genuine effort to get to know everyone by name, creating a positive and motivating environment that makes you want to keep coming back. They’re not just employees; they’re integral to the community at the gym. One Health is lucky to have such dedicated and personable staff on their team!

The cleanest & friendliest gym : Alyssa, the general manager, is an exceptionally professional and intelligent lady who genuinely cares about both staff and members. I am so happy she is at this location! Additionally, you can tell that the staff really love what they do and care about members. With its welcoming staff and friendly members, this gym has a one-of-a-kind community feel; it makes you look forward to coming to the gym!

I wish I could give this place a zero star. I signed for a year after getting an exception to train with my personal trainer via google meet. Of course, I had to use my phone and I did for the last three months. I used to work out outside of the peak hours and I was always very respectful having my private session via google meet. Unfortunately, I was approached in a very abrupt way in the middle of my session by Alyssa, the GM. She asked me to turn off my phone or cancel my membership. Even though I explained to her that I was promised an exception. She could have waited for me to finalize my workout. No, she had to interrupt in a very abrupt way. I ended the google meet session and I asked to finish my workout. After finalizing it, I canceled my membership.it was very misleading allowing me to join the gym just to make me going through such a disrespectful experience. Alyssa should get a better training on customer service. I have been training with my personal trainer for 3 years via Google meet, thus developing a friendship and a professional relationship. I have already found a new gym that values my business and is open to new technologies. It gets very busy during peak hours which I avoided. I only joined one health because it is a walking distance. There are much better options, Where unhappy female member doesn’t complain about seeing a respectful and quite member like myself working with a trainer via Google meet and where the GM is polite and got people skills.

Extremely unhappy with the pressure sales tactics of Daniel. I only went in to activate my guest pass. Every possible method was used to get me sign up, be it questioning my personal fitness goals, trying to shame me into not spending, and eventually disregarding the repeated ask to activate the guest pass. I walked in as a potential member and have walked out of the club not wanting to come back here again. Please train your staff better!
