This place is extremely confusing! The information board was not working and there was no receptionist to speak to. I wasn’t able to locate any numbers posted anywhere, so I couldn’t even call for assistance! There is a pro to this, there are numbers on the walls that will guide you to the building/ unit that you are looking for. however, one door usually redirects you to another door even further outside the building. There are zero posting on opening and closing times and what’s worse is, once I was able to find the door that I was supposed to enter, it was locked! There was a swipe pad, with no call button and the staff who work in the building were clueless on how to help. Had a open/close sign been posted I would have known they were closed!! I was 15 mins too early of their opening,apparently! That being said. Once you get inside the building, the staff of unit 102 is extremely nice!
CMHA and their staff have helped me through some very trying times. They are very knowledgeable, and offer some great services- not just to support those in need but also training for others in the field. I can not say enough about the amazing people I've met there and the incredible support I've received! Thank you CMHA!!
This place is incredible. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful staff, especially peer support workers. They offer counselling and several amazing programs. They are kind, compassionate and accepting . Thank you cmha for all you do.
Tremendously helpful if you know what you need.
