I’ve sold and bought from this store. Selling: 1) don’t expect much for the items. I’ve sold very nice, name brand clothes and only get a few dollars for each item. Even brand new items (ie shirts with price tags on from a store), I’ll get maybe $2-3 for that. 2) be prepared to wait while they go through the clothes and decide what they want to buy from you. Buying: 1) the store is cramped with stuff. Lots and lots of clothes on the racks, making it impossible to actually browse through and find something. 2) the store is kind of messy. Maybe they’re running out of space or people can’t put things back from where they got the item from, but it’s not well organized. For example, I’ll find shoes in the toys area. Overall it’s an okay store but I don’t go there too often for the above reasons. Value village is literally next door and it is more spacious, cheaper and more organized.

I’ve gone here a few times to buy as well as sell items. The resale value on some items you sell are not bad if you want to sell something quickly, but Im disappointed they only take certain brands so that is a bit of a let down. If they do give you back clothes they don’t want to buy you can always donate it to value village next door or try selling them on your own time so it least they sort through the items you give them to sell and tell you what they want for them. It’s your choice if you want to sell it there right away or try selling online but your not going get much money from selling baby clothes online in all honesty so just take whatever money you can from what you sell and donate the rest. In terms of buying things I think they need to move store locations as they have overstock of merchandise so a bigger venue for them would be much better or open another location to ship some of the overstocked items over there would help. In terms of customer service as long as they do there job and I get what I can for or sold what I needed, I’m happy. It’s a second hand store and they have a lot of things for children so I don’t expect it to be very organized nor do I care people should be happy it exists with the amount of money you pay for the top brand clothes at a discount price. It’s similar to a winners for children clothes. I believe it’s worth it to look for some good finds it makes it fun to actually go there. Regarding people who complain about this place, you save money going here so why are you bothering complaining about it when you save so much going here? I think giving it a 3 is a fair ranking. It’s not amazing in terms of organization or custermer service but the prices are worth it and the staff still get things done so it works.

I’ll start by saying that I’m fairly new to shopping for used children’s clothing. I decided to stop in here as my little one is growing so fast I can’t keep up with the shopping. I also like the idea of being more environmentally responsible by reusing something someone else no longer needs. For someone new to this environment, prepare yourself. There is A LOT going on in a very small space. The space is intended to be well organized but the racks are packed so tightly it’s difficult to browse through them. There are also variances in how the sizing is interpreted (ex: Section 18 months could have clothes in sizes 12-18, but also 18-24) which means you need to go through twice as many sections as you should. It’s a good place to go to buy “dressy” clothes for kids - the kind they’ll only wear once or twice. The store is full of these items. It’s not as a good of a place to buy sweats and tees. Bottom line: if you have time, patience, and wouldn’t mind saving a couple bucks, it’s worth a shot.

The prices were alright and they had an alright selection. I found a cute dress and a pair of shorts fir my neice for 11 dollars. I think Talize has better prices and selection of toys but this is the place to go for other baby relates gear and they sometimes have dollar sales.

Horrible staff should fire all of them especially the White lady eoth dark hair not a raciest I don't know her name All staff are really rude no smile no nothing I sold a lot and buyt a lot of clothes in this location but I stopped coming here and now I go at the one in Concord even though it's farther for me but I prefer going there to spend my money and sell stuff to a lovely, humble and nice friendly staff then at this location really rude stuck up no smile if you don't like people then why you work in costumer service I never worked in a place that I have to talk and interact with people because I don't like smiling that much to anybody don't work somewhere you don't like go do something else that you don't need to interact with people next time when I go to this location is to talk to the owner of manager about this particular rude staff.
