I have started being many items to The Comeback and have had a positive experience each time. I don’t worry about the randomness of their decision on what they will take or not take. Not everything will be accepted and that’s how consignment works. The staff are efficient and I am in and out quickly. The new expansion is fantastic with lots more room to move around when you come in to drop off items. I have started recommending The Comeback to my friends and neighbours. Keep up the good work The Comeback!!

I just love shopping here! I always find something amazing. There's also a  wide selection of sizes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a great spot in the community to get yourself something pretty!

O Comeback how we love you! Everything in this well curated collection (clothing! footwear! accessories!) is clean and in good condition.
Many a treasure can be found here and the best part is flexible pricing. If you’re willing to gamble (which only adds to the thrill) you can snag that number you’ve been eyeing for a fraction of it’s original price.

Horrible customer service. Brought beautiful high end designer items for consignment from Holt Renfrew and was told it was wrinkled... well of course it was in a bag and they were barely wrinkled. I think the items were too high end for the store itself from the looks of the items being sold - (Elie Tahari, Linda Lundström) I asked the owner if they steam the items themselves she said that is too costly. Since when is buying a steamer from Costco and filling it up with water and plugging it into the wall more costly if you run a clothing store and have plenty of staff to do it? She wanted to sell my $350 Calvin Klein knee length fur vest for $35. Whatta joke!! I took all my items and donated to homeless shelters, would never try to consign anything, waste of time & money. Also horrible, nasty attitude from the owner and the store is an absolute mess...not organized at all. Hopefully she cleans up her attitude and store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
