Always a great experience. The management definitely have & maintain standards. Staff is very friendly & respectful. Food is worth the drive if you live outside Fremont. Staff is mainly younger, but don't let that fool you, they are top-notch. If you find yourself in Fremont, give them a try.

This is a great family-owned restaurant and has been a mainstay in Fremont for many years. The restaurant is under new ownership, and these owners seem just as passionate in providing great food, service, and Hometown values to their customers. Most 818 favorites remain on the menu in addition to awesome new selections. Beer selection is also improving. Best of all, most days you can catch a local celebrity, Mr. Fremont himself, Jay. This is a cozy little place with a great atmosphere and great food.

We ordered an appetizer, dinners and dessert and everything great! They were very busy but that didn't delay our food or service. We can't wait to go back!

Had a delicious fish dinner. Cooked perfectly. Portion sizes are too small. Nice atmosphere.
