Buffalo Wild Wings

It saddens me to change my review... Normally their food is excellent and the service is friendly and quick, but not the last 3 times we have gone. Today was the final straw. They were not busy, yet service was the slowest we have ever had. Forgot straws, drinks, and even our food apparently. We ordered 2 appetizers but never got them. We didn't see drinks until 20 minutes after being seated. We didn't get straws for another 10 minutes. Our food didn't come out until almost an hour in. They forgot we even ordered pretzels. After we got food, we asked if our appetizers were ever coming out and the waitress explained that she accidentally took our good to another table despite hardly anyone in the restaurant. Then instead of informing us that she messed up half our food, she simply cancelled the appetizers and pretended we didn't order then to begin with. I don't think we will be coming back anymore. What a shame.

Long wait for tepid food, overpriced burgers, & so loud you could barely carry on a conversation with the person right next to you. Several families with small children were there, but it definitely didn't strike me as a family place. The food selection was meager with no "entree" (eg burger or wrap w/only fries & nothing else included) under $10. Not somewhere I plan to go again since I'm not into loud sport's bars & luke warm food that arrives no sooner than 30 minutes after ordering w/no complimentary chips & salsa, or anything else for that matter, while you wait for your order & struggle to hear & be heard by your companions.

Ordered hot Bbq. Received a hot buffalo. Questioned it and the server had the same "you got what you ordered". Will not return.

Great place for wings and pub food. Helpful and polite staff. No problems in all my years.
