The best brewery in Worcester! Can't get enough of the blood orange beer or Kelley likes the smell. Located in the bottom floor of the ice rink. Order the chicken wings or pizza, actually order both because they are phenomenal! The kitchen here cranks out some seriously delicious food. Only regulars know the stairs lead to the upstairs room that overlooks the ice rink! Make sure you check it out next time you’re there.
Local craft brewery located in the Worcester Ice Center that offers a variety of beer and craft seltzer. In-house menu of great appetizers, gourmet pizza, sandwiches, and other items. Beef on Weck is a hefty Sammie that will fill you up. Beer names capitalize on local people, places, and Legends of Wooster yes that us how the locals say it. Merchandise like t-shirts and hoodies feature beer flavors. Kelley Squared is a hazy double IPA that is full of flavor and cleverly named after Kelley Square in the heart of town. Becky likes the Smell is another double IPA that is a crowd favorite. Get a flight of four beers or seltzers to find your favorite then fill a growler or buy cans to bring home. Friendly staff, great food and beer, fun time.
My husband and I went last week before a WooSox game. The place was crowded but we got one of the last tables. There was good live music but it was a little too loud for trying to have a any kind of conversation, and that was at the farthest corner away from the sound. Service with quick and friendly. The beers were decent and so was the food. I wasn't blown away or anything but I would go back and try more beer and more menu items. All-in-all I would rate this place a solid choice for a night out or at least a stop in your night!
The food at Bay State is phenomenal!! Everything is fresh and you can tell they make it all in house. A must stop in Worcester!!

Great brewery with tons of menu options, space, and drinks. Pizza is very good and so are the tater tots. Staff was super nice and met and exceeded our expectations perfectly. The restaurant is connected to an big arcade and I think there are a few other establishments/companies built in to this warehouse-like building. Great work to the staff!
Bay State Brewing Co. hit the spot with their Buffalo Mac & Cheese, Triple Smash Burger with Taters, and Bloody Mary made with their Bling Selzer!
Today me & my mom tried this restaurant with Grubhub and we order the food and everything almost went to the wrong address and finally I tried to run and the restaurant fix it! But she the delivery driver finally understood!!! But she got the person name wrong and told me his name is Joe! It not Joe and his name is Jim and I know him all along and he was called Joe in the past but he changed his name and all the neighbors call him Jim all the time and they never call him Joe!!! Second she called to find the right address and it was my mom address and said here the food, and no apologies and never said I’m sorry! I will never order this place again!!! While we got the food and first thing pretzel and chips were okay but the cheese was not cheese! This was a taste of salad dressing and we never ordered salad dressing! We order brew cheese and they give us something different and the shrimp was to spicy and the fish I had was okay but not great!!! I won’t go back!!! I was shocked that my favorite restaurant Peppercorn was closed and I give this one a tried. But it a thumb down to me and she could have said I’m sorry how you feel and she never care to say I’m sorry!!! I’m not a theft! I’m customer who tried my best to explain the delivery driver and I was nice enough! But she was having an hard time explaining to me but never she never apologized and she said your mom got to change the address! My had the right address! If I was the delivery driver! I would say I’m truly sorry for giving out the wrong address and it won’t happen again!!! She didn’t do it that way! She only said your mom got to change address without an apology!!!
My friend had an in with one of the guys who works here, so we stopped in on are way through Worcester. The beer was outstanding. I found out after I finished my Blood orange lager that it had been canned instead of draft because they had kicked the keg yesterday. It was just that good. The food on top of everything was delicious. Everyone in my group ordered something different. No complaints from anyone at the table. I would definitely come back next time I’m in Worcester.
Had the prosciutto pizza and lemon arugula salad it was delicious !
