This is a terrible company. Do not hire. When we expressed our frustration and disappointment with the owner Mike - he said and this is a direct quote: “are you happy with the floors? Because we only care about the end result.” Every dealing with this company was awful. A few key issues: - estimator miscounted stairs, vents and subfloor - all floors tried to tell us we didn’t need a subfloor - it would be fine to have steps into the different rooms on the main floor. We refused. Then they tried to bill us for the miscalculation which was $1000. We refused as it was not in our signed contract. Upon completion we were told and again I quote: “you shouldn’t complain you didn’t have to pay for the mistake.” The installation was not smooth: - crew did not cover furniture - stuffed food wrappers in vents We paid to have the furniture moved and replaced. They did NOT put the appliances back in position. They also didn’t properly hook up the washing machine and it flooded the entire laundry room and even leaked down to the basement. Our house was so dirty after the project. What was most upsetting was that we asked if should hire a cleaner for when the project was completed and we were told and again I quote: “oh no - a quick mop is all you need.” We had to vacuum and mop the floors six times before we even started to see progress. I wish I could attach photos to show of the layers of filth that were left in our home. Because of the estimator’s errors and the laundry room flood All Floors had to come to our home an additional 3 times. This was a HUGE inconvenience. When we tried to communicate these issues with the owner we were told: - this has never happened before - the crew denies leaving garbage in the vents - we shouldn’t complain because we didn’t have to pay $1000 for the estimator’s mistake - you are happy with the way your floors look and “we focus on the end result” We’ve needed repairs in the four months since the install and we’ve hired someone else because we do NOT want anything to do with this company. I do NOT a recommend this company!

Great customer service and after-sales experience. Dave L. helped with carpets for our home and made it a very pleasant experience all through. From measuring the floors to selecting carpets, he worked tirelessly to ensure we got great quality products that fit our budget. We never felt any sales pressure.  There were some minor post-installation issues, but he made accommodations to ensure our customer satisfaction. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

We dealt with Dave L., their sales rep.  He found a Luxury Vinyl Plank product that met our needs and budget.  Absolutely not a forced/high pressure sale.  The project was in our condo involving over 1,000 sq. feet of flooring.The install was scheduled and the crew showed up on time and ready to work.  Jarrod was the crew leader.  He is truly a pro.  Worked smart and hard and skilled in his craft.  Polite and respectful crew.  Kept the work site clean and tidy.  The project was done within the time frame projected without a hitch.  We would recommend AllFloors 110%.

From the first contact with Dave when he came to our house to give an estimate it was obvious that All Floors was a professional, experienced and friendly company to deal with, Dave was thorough, knowledgeable and left no questions unanswered,  his quote was very reasonable and he made it easy to choose his firm to do the job which was to replace our old and worn out carpet with new vinyl plank and carpet for the stairs. We did not have to wait but a few weeks for the crew to arrive and when they did showed themselves to be polite, friendly and helpful while answering any questions that we had regarding the installation. From the beginning they were all business, wasting no time getting the job done and when finished took the time to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their work. We received more than just competent work, they were excellent from start to finish. We would heartily recommend All Floors to all who are looking for new flooring for their homes.

We had our entire upper floor ripped out and removed and installed Vinyl Plank.  I did not know where to start. My intentions was to call a few places and make appointments.   When I called All Floors and spoke with Correna Sales and Design Consultant I knew immediately I was in good hands and made an instant connection.  She suggested I take many pics of my house and bring in a Kitchen drawer along with all my paint colours on my walls.  My first appointment went amazingly well and brought samples home.  What was so great is it took a few trips back and forth returning samples and getting more and Correna never gave up and was so patient and helpful.  We nailed it and were able to choose the perfect flooring.  The installers led by Jarrodd were so personal and accommodating.  Your home really gets turned upside down and they did everything possible to make this transition smooth.  I have an older home so we ran into some hiccups but every procedure was explained to me.  Correna kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole instal and kept encouraging me to hang in there.  The instal was done on time, professional and looks like a brand new home.  Jarrodd never gave up with all the "surprises" that came along with an older home.  He had to be very creative at times but was always happy and positive.  A crew of two turned into a crew of four to get the job done on time.  I can't say enough about all the people that made this happen.  Then came the stairs which were a challenge.  Correna suggested carpet and looks so nice and safe to go up and down on. Thanks to Johnny who took such care to install and went the extra mile on the difficult parts. All Floors did an amazing job sanding and refinishing our hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining room area.  We picked out the stain colour based on the installers recommendations and looks amazing with the cupboards, counter tops and paint colour!  We are very happy with the results!  Don, the installer, was very courteous, trustworthy, arrived on time and a very nice individual.  Michelle , Sales & Design Consultant, was great at providing the quotes via email and communicating back and forth during the process.  All Floors is an excellent company to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.

The service we received from everyone at All Floors was exceptional.  Correna was so helpful and patient when it came to picking out our floors.  We have to be very careful due to chemical sensitivities and she was a star at providing me detailed information on all suggested flooring, and kept working with me patiently, until we found exactly the right product and at a great price! The fellows who did our installation were lovely people, very helpful with all my questions and did a stellar job and ahead of schedule!  I would confidently recommend All Floors to anyone and we will use them again without a doubt.

We recently had new hardwood installed on the second floor of our home and had a great experience with All Floors. From the selection process through to installation, we had excellent service. Dave was helpful in selecting the right product for our home and had great advice in terms of the look and durability of the products that would best fit our lifestyle. Francis and his crew of installers did a fantastic job of the installation and we able to deliver a quality job and got the job done in the committed timeframe. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions and were quick to address any concerns that we had. I am looking forward to working with All Floors again for our next flooring project.

Dave at All Floors was awesome at helping us choose the right flooring for our new busy farm/ranch office. I actually thought he was the owner of the business because of his passion and service for All Floors and their products.  Our installer Dustin was very personable and did a great job of our install.  Was very prompt and cleaned up like he hadn't even been there.  Dave followed up with a call that afternoon making sure we were happy with the final product and install which we WERE!! Love our new rustic ranch wood looking floors. Thanks All Floors

Was a great experience from the beginning to the end.  Rachel handled our questions about selection and had our house measure within a couple days.  We received a quote shortly after.  The install team for the vinyl Plank were amazing.  Myles and Tony did an outstanding job.  They ensured they left the house clean after each day as we did our entire house, but were still living there during the install.  Completely satisfied with all aspects.
