Billy and his team are the real deal. Can't recommend enough for professionalism, passion for the job and honesty. Competitively piced too and their laminate flooring is epic, our apartment now looks great!

I cannot recommend this company high enough. They were absolutely fabulous to deal with thank you Billy they were so much better than some of the high street carpet companies who really were inflexible and did not offer customer service. I live in Madrid, Floors R Us accommodated my schedule to meet me , after fitting the carpets they went the extra mile and hovered everything as I was not in the country. Wonderful company to deal with would highly recommend anyone who needs flooring to contact them.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Floors R Us. Nothing was a problem and all the work on my mums laminate floor was carried out speedily and professionally. They didn’t mind removing the old carpet or moving furniture and ensured it was all put back tidily. My mum is really happy with her new floor and as she is disabled and housebound it needed to be completed quickly , which it was. Thank you so much Billy it has been a pleasure and I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

I just wanted to thank Billy and team for a marvelous job on installing the flooring at my property. Great care and communication to make sure the work is carried out to suit all my requirements. Quick to respond to any issues post install and available to support as and when required. I am SOOO impressed with Floors R us! Billy and Vince kindly fitted laminates and carpets at my flat in Preston Road, Wembley. Unfortunately there were many unknowns for us that suddenly showed up which no one could have ever predicted as the flat had been rented out for many years. When the old carpets came out we discovered many moths and needed to urgently treat the area! Billy & Vince were so friendly, professional, accommodating and kind throughout the process of fitting and very patient with the problem which was quite upsetting for me! In fact they even joked with me about it saying that they had successfully passed a Bush Tucker Trial at the flat! ;0 We laughed out loud! The floors are so gorgeous now and we have many tenants ready to rent the flat now. Thank you Billy & Vince for an amazing job done! You worked so hard and did so well, I'm truly very grateful! I'll be passing your details on to others who need flooring, I will recommend you any day!

I recently visited Floors R us to carpet my entire flat throughout. From start to completion they offered me a professional service and the carpet looks amazing!!!
