We are thrilled with our new carpet and bathroom tiles. We had a broken pipe and had to have our downstairs completely redone. We met with Gene and he couldn't have been more helpful. We picked a beautiful carpet that was within the insurance claim allowance, and also a beautiful tile for our bathroom downstairs. Also we would like to thank Sean and Chris for their great work to have the installation done so professionally. We highly recommend Jordan's for your flooring needs
Jordans was one of several companies sent to us by Allstate after a sewer backup. Gene was extremely pleasant to deal with and assisted us in selecting a quality replacement carpet. The fellow who installed the carpet worked tirelessly for nearly 12 hours until the job was completed. He did a first-rate job. We wouldn't hesitate to deal with Jordans again in the future.
Do not do business with these people or especially Gene Naidich. They will scam you. Gene attempted to extort $4500 from us. He demanded an "inconvenience fee" because he said he couldn't use his laundry room for a week at a vacation house that he was not at and said he'd write negative reviews if we didn't pay. His laundry room was being remediated by a professional remediation company not his company. The home was sold to our actual customer who was very happy with the remediation job. He was looking for a way to cash in at our expense. Beware of this guy!
Honestly it was so amazing working with Jordans to get my carpet replaced with brand new Laminate flooring ! I really recommend you go in and speak to Gene at this Jordans location ! Gene and his installer Ryan made the entire experience very seamless and got everything done in less than 1 week! Gene was very informative, and told me about all the different options that were within my budget , and gave me amazing pricing compared to their competitors! Gene provided his recommendation on what would look best, and I went with it, and the final look looks amazing! Best part was, I didn’t have to remove my furniture, Ryan helped me move my furniture around so he could work around it! It was perfect! Thanks Jordans Team!

Jordans handled my floor replacement efficiently and headache free. On the sales end I dealt with Gene who helped me select a replacement product, coordinated the entire operation and very clearly communicated the process throughout. His installer, Ha, did an exceptional job and went beyond what I would consider regular duties to accommodate the project. Everything that was promised was delivered and the final result was perfect. I would recommend their services to anyone.
Doing an renovation is never easy, but Zach at Jordan’s Carpet was so amazing and helpful. I shopped around to many different flooring stores but no came close to the service, advice, and price that Zach was able to get. He went well above what one would normally expect to find flooring that would keep my budget on track, and the results are beautiful. The install was excellent and extremely professional. I strongly recommend Jordan’s Carpet for any of your flooring needs, you won’t be disappointed.
Our experience with Jordan’s Carpets was amazing from start to finish. From selecting our carpet with the assistance of Zach to installation with Sam and Vic. So professional and accommodating. Have dealt with Jordan’s before with carpeting another entire home and would not go anywhere else. Thanks again for the great service.
