My experience was seamless. David Blankenship guided me to exactly what I needed, quoted, booked in all within an hour. The communication for deposit/full payment was clear. My installer Ari was so kind, efficient and professional. The install of the carpet looks fantastic and he left my home very clean. I have enjoyed my experience very much and would recommend for sure!!!
WOW...I never thought that shopping for flooring could be such an amazing experience. My mom and I saw Tony today at the showroom and he was beyond fantastic. He made it simple, thorough and productive, all while being one of the most genuinely kind people we have been helped by. While we have not had the carpet installed yet, if Tony's customer service and product knowledge is any indication...Deerfoot Flooring will do an amazing job!
We paid a competitive price for less than mediocre results therefore the 3 rating. Our carpet had major flaws and the remediation left several visible seams-wouldn't recommend for a living room but perhaps a basement? Installers were always cutting corners and trying to charge more than reasonable but we were able to get their charges reversed -just left a bad impression.

I’ve been dealing with Deerfoot Carpets for over 20 years and for a good reason- they are truly the best and offer excellent service. From Paul G. to Tony L, these guys care about their customers! If I could give them 6/7 stars I truly would! Thanks guys, here’s to many more years!
This is my second time using these folks and they did not let me down. At a time where it is so difficult to find suppliers that will do work without inflated prices, broken promises, poor service and bad attitudes, this was a refreshing experience and both the rep Nichole V and the installer Sakir were first class. Highly recommend.
If I could give them six stars I would. Impeccable service. Called and spoke to Dave and he was super helpful right off the bat. Gave me a ballpark of what to expect for costs, etc. even took the time to find me some remnants which made my carpet replacement much less expensive. It was a Saturday and my install was done by noon on Sunday. Really happy with my new carpet, price was super reasonable, and the level of service was something you just don’t get very often these days. Would definitely call them up again for any future flooring needs.
Overall we had good experience while shopping for hardwood flooring and carpet. We found great deal on carpet,however, hardwood looks a lot different from sample our order was based on. We have contacted for their help on this issue but have not heard back after initial conversation. I will revisit this review after few weeks to adjust the rating based upon further experience. Part 2. We were contacted to discuss the issue mentioned above and options were given, however the installation was well underway by then. The floor looks great nevertheless.
We rent a unit that had carpets and tiles. Our little one has severe ling issues, and for our blessing, the landlord was already plannin on replace them. We decided to look around for a good alternative that would be either affordable and most important! safe for her. We spent hours quoting with other companies, and could not find a better price for the labour and meterial. Corinne is a sweetheart! She took time to explain the differences among floor types and discuss our needs a heavy duty, waterproof and low in VOC's material. She found the best material, the best prices and dealt with condo and landlord directly to ensure there were no gaps nor doubts. The costumer service she deliveries is unbelievable... she really cares about her clients and is very easy to communicate with! Tamer was our instalation guy, and he is just amazing! He came in to do all the measurements and when the deal was finished, he performed the installation all by himself!! He is organized, had all the tools needed with him and performed an excellent job! He is very reliable, thoughtful and flexible! He even accommodated some of our family's needs to make sure all of us were ok during the service time! Our landlord is happy with the results, and so are we! Totally recommended!
We just picked up new flooring for our 5th wheel! Other than Green carpeting that gets so grubby looking when we camp, we love our 5th wheel. So, next project, add new vinyl plank flooring to the main level and the commode room and vanity/shower area. We are happy with the stairs going up and and the carpet upstairs! So, we picked a colour and Dave from Deerfoot ordered it last week Monday and here it is! We also used his suggestion of getting a specific glue from Shamrock! Thanks so much for all your help!
