CDL Carpet and Flooring did a great job installing tile in three bathrooms, a heated floor and curb-less shower in the ensuite, and carpet throughout our two-storey walkout home. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome – beautiful bathrooms and carpet.  Working with Braedon was a great experience. He helped us over many months to choose the right styles, colors, and materials, until we were totally satisfied. Once started, the project was not without challenges: faulty tiles, shortages of manpower and materials during COVID, and an unlevel sub-floor in the ensuite bathroom – a significant challenge when installing a curb-less shower. Braedon and CDL resolved every concern and problem that we encountered – with care, concern, and perseverance.  The integrity shown by Braedon and CDL Carpet and Flooring is rare in our experiences, and we would not hesitate to work with them again.

We had our kitchen floor and back hall and had some unexpected challenges not uncommon for older home. CDL was great in figuring out a solution, adapting to the interruption of the planned schedule and bringing the right crew to handle the issues. Want to comliment installers Curtis and Lyn/Jay for their excellent work and sales Stephen!! CDL was also very fair in adjusting the invoice to remove activities not done and pricing new work fairly.

Mike and Don did beautiful installs of subway tile and luxury vinyl plank floor respectively in October and November last year in our kitchen dining area. Mike, thanks for masterpiece and Don, thanks for the special attention to respecting our home and keeping dust to a minimum. Really quality work from you both. Also thanks to Andrew at the office for his kindness, patience and diplomacy in dealing with our changes of opinion and needs along the way and his willingness to come out and measure stuff to get it just right.

I worked with CDL Flooring last winter to install vinyl plank in my basement and tile through my upstairs bathrooms. Stephen Pailer was patient and answered all of my many questions. He kept the project moving along without being pushy or aggressive. All of the other staff I dealt with were excellent as well. There was a problem with one of the installations, but CDL acted quickly to resolve it, and I was very happy with the result. I would absolutely work with Stephen and CDL again.

Tracy Keith did a phenomenal job helping us select a product that we are very happy with, she was knowledable, approachable, worked with us through schedule changes, and put in a lot of extra effort to find creative solutions for us. The installers were very professional, clean, and fast! We were extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship they were able to acheive in some tricky situations in our older home.

Let me say this. It was a pleasure to work with Cassie,Kirstyn, Colin and Sean. With them was always a smooth communication and they are a professional team, material was delivered on time, everything was on schedule, high quality workmanship. Friendly but Polite customer service. This is the definition of CDL. Thank you

I came in to pick out some new flooring for my home, and was blown away by the selection and the options offered by CDL.  I didn't even know where to begin to start looking! Luckily Braedon was able to help me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and made the whole selection process easy and seamless.  I can't wait to live on my new floors, thanks to Braedon and the amazing staff at CDL!

I went in today to pick up some tile samples. I had no idea what I was doing. So grateful for a representative there by the name of Brayden! He was so friendly and helpful! He went out of his way to explain everything! So happy with the service! to me.

I hired CDL Flooring to assist with a small commercial office project. Due to tight budgets our solution for an office bathroom update was to install Luxury vinyl plank flooring over top of existing tile. CDL has a beautiful selection of in stock material in their large warehouse. The results were amazing!! Thank you Tracy and Wayne for all your hard work.

Darrell and Dillon did an excellent job of installing our luxury linoleum and new carpet.  Their work was solid, with expertise and experience, paying attention to detail, listening to our input, working hard, and showing professionalism.  Our thanks also goes to Stephanie for responsive communication.
