I love the black bear diner in the salt lake region, so I decided to try this one. I ordered a breakfast item at around 8:30 and the hash browns were not way too dry. I understand some people like them crunchier than others but it was like leather, totally inedible. The manager came out and gave us a new portion of hash browns (a smaller portion then what we ordered.) And free hot chocolate. Won't likely come back to this location.

Our server Katelynn was awesome, fast, efficient, and altogether fun. The food is amazing and came out hot and perfect! The location is clean and comfy. Willing to let our crazy group linger while we finished our food. 5 stars totally!

I enjoy Black Bear restaurants. I find their food very good and filling. Was not disappointed with this one. They were busy but our service was spot on. Fast, friendly and easy to find for refills & the extra napkins we needed.

My family popped in for breakfast a while back. It was super crowded and that was a good sign to us. We were greeted by Tiffany. She was so cheerful and bubbly. What a great asset to this diner! If all customer service employees could be like her, we'd have a happier earth.

Another yummy meal!! With the large portions we have lunch for tomorrow. Our waitress Ali was great! She was really delightful & kept checking to see if we needed anything. We will be back!
