Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill of Ogden, Utah has savory flavors of the Pacific Coast and Southern Mexico combined with fresh fruits and vegetables stay true to the Baja experience. Very disappointed in your service today. We decided to try Costa Vida catering for our Christmas Office Party today. This was paid for in advance and we called a few hours prior to verify. All seemed to be good... but when it came time for the party to start... no Costa Vida! Our Manager finally went to your location in person and was treated poorly. We ended up getting Pizza from Papa Johns, who were more than happy to accommodate us at the last minute, in record time I might add! (I will be writing your positive review next). We had a great office party regardless but you can be sure we won't use this location for any more catering needs.

Very disappointed with Costa Vida and their catering service. We planned a Christmas office party and decided to have Costa Vida cater it. We ordered everything weeks in advance and even called two hours before our lunch which they confirmed the order and told us that they would be there to set-up 15 minutes prior to our event. Needless to say they never showed up and most importantly they would not answer their phone. Our branch manager drove to Costa Vida to find out what happened and when he was finally able to meet with the manager he simply shrugged his shoulders and said that they were busy; not even an apology. Simply put, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant and not only will I not eat at this Costa Vida, I will never eat at another Costa Vida again.

Screwed up my order and when I asked about it, they said they would "make it up to me" next time. Called them today and they said I could just come pick it up and then told me I had to pay once I got there. Terrible service. Cafe Rio tastes better and gives you more for your money. Watch your order, because if you don't catch a mistake, they won't fix it.

We ordered catering ahead of time for work. First they got the address wrong when we called the morning of to verify everything. Then time comes, and they never showed up. Didn't call or anything. We called and they wouldn't answer. Showed up in person, and they didn't care or even apologize. He just said they'll put the cost back on the card that we pre-paid with. Not a place that deserves the business of anyone.

I've always loved eating here, I've been to many locations including other states. I've never been disappointed however at this particular location I've never seen such a poor display. The food was presented sloppy, and messy ... the meats look old and cold. The portions were so poor and when I asked for extra they told it would cost more (again never had such a poor portion!) I said that's fine. But she didn't add anymore and just went on asking what else I wanted. When I went up to the counter to pay the cashier asked what I got, another worker walked up and whispered something into her ear while starring at me and walked off. The whole situation was awkward and uncomfortable. Later I noticed she billed me for extra food that I didn't get. I was so pissed off I didn't even go back.
