Union Grill

We have enjoyed coming here for about 20 years now. We loved the old place but love the new one too! It is a nice place to join friends or go with my hubby! They have good home cooked food like momma used to make as well as some unique creations to keep up with the times! They have an extensive choice of beers on tap and in the bottle, as well as wine and well drinks. Service has been pretty good all around. Still could strive to do better. I will return. I would recommended others. I would take my friends.

Nutritious, delicious salads, none greater in Northern Utah. Their pasta salad, but over greens instead of pasta, will thrill with it's capers, tart olives, broccoli, generous mixed greens and perfect house ranch-like dressing. For extra nutrition, get it with salmon. And price? It's approx $12 and enough for my date and I to split! More decadent choices likely to please too. Union Grills' calamari is the first I've enjoyed; comes with delicious crispy breading and two savory dips. Most of their desserts are large, beautiful, but too sweet or chocolatey for my taste.

Great food. My wife had the Lemon butter Chicken ($14) and it was phenomenal... I had the fish and chips ($12)which were superb. Only had about a 45 second wait to be seated and that was at 12:05pm. Cindy was prompt and friendly, food order wss correct and she kept our drinks full. Price was a bit high, however you get more food than you can or should eat for lunch... All in all though a fabulous place to grab a bite in Ogden.

This is one of the better places to eat in Ogden for a good atmosphere with tasty food. They catered our high school reunion and it was done right. The restaurant has perfect space for large parties as well as small.

Good food. Just not the same ambience as the old location. But more space in the new place. Try the French onion soup!
