Odawa Hotel

Where do I start... My friends and family stayed at Odawa Hotel and were lied to, treated poorly, and never greeted by any employee. We had reserved a block of 20+ rooms for a local wedding. Matt told us there would be a shuttle available for the wedding to transport people back to the hotel... Once we all arrived and spoke with the front desk about coordinating times for pickup, Matt denied the fact that he promised a shuttle and refused to provide one. This was under the verbal agreement and the reason for booking with Odawa. Shortly after we checked out on Sunday, my family and I went to breakfast at The Inn at Bay Harbor and before we even exited out vehicle, we were kindly greeted by 3 guys, all with smiles on their faces and taking pride in their jobs.. 3 different guys, all more helpful and welcoming in 5 minutes than Odawa employment was ALL weekend! Maybe it's time to take notes Odawa! I will not recommend your Hotel or Casino to anyone asking to stay locally! Would rate -5 stars if I could as this is not my first, second but definitely last experience with your pathetic management.

Love the friendliness of the staff! Pool, Sauna and transportation to the casino. Stores within walking distance. What more could you need on a relaxing weekend?!

The staff was very friendly, from check in to check out. We also took the complentary shuttle to the casino and used the $10 voucher for an hour. The beds in the rooms were comfortable, and the room was clean. There was some noise from neighboring rooms, so the walls are a bit thin, but nothing too loud. The price was right, and I enjoyed my stay. I'll stay here again when in the area!

The meeting rooms, overnight rooms, and pool area are clean and in nice shape. This is a great place to stay the night or make a vacation. The hot tub in the pool area is very nice and the furniture in the pool area is really comfy too.
