Staff was great. Newer hotel but maintenance is lacking in general upkeep on general thing (shower head loose and full of calcium, scuffs and loose flooring around the building, dirty air vents) but nothing too horrible for the price. Do not get the room next to the elevator and try to get a top floor. The walls are not very thick so you hear everything. Luckily it was only loud on two of the nights I stayed there. I’d stay again but would be on the top floor for sure!

This hotel was fantastic. Clean, close to everything, beautiful. Ronnie was so great at the front desk. He was really nice and made us feel right at home!!

See RONNIE he is the reason we come back year after year. Such a great hotel close to everything you could need and more. Rooms are clean hospitality is second to none, great ski areas nearby and a limo service for night life. Wish I could rate 10 stars.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Petoskey was great. Location was somewhat close to downtown area and the check in/check out was fast and friendly. Rooms were very clean, neat and up to date. And there was a pool, hot tub, and sauna. For the price we paid, it was a great experience.
