Surprisingly great hotel! Rooms were updated, nicely decorated. Bathroom felt like a higher-end hotel experience. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff - everyone from the lady on the phone who took my reservation to the couple in the breakfast room to the gentleman who checked us out. Room was very clean, location felt safe (even though the rooms were accessible from the outside). I will definitely come back next time we come up here to ski!

I just finished another ski season in the harbor springs area. For the last five winters I have made roughly six three day trips to the local ski areas. Best western in harbor springs is my go to place to stay. The staff is courteous, friendly, and always there to make my stay uneventful. The updated rooms are neat and spacious. The new pool/hot tub area and the free breakfast makes for a enjoyable stay.

Everyone was super friendly and did their jobs well. We loved our stay. I would suggest better snacks in the vending machines. Also the shower door wasn't wide enough to stop all the water from escaping. Those are very two minor flaws. Would certainly stay again.

Best Western Harbor Springs is one of the nicest motels we have stayed in in many years. The staff was courteous, helpful and caring. The facility was completely remodeled from the ground up last year. Everything was new, clean neat and in perfect functioning order. I recommend the BW Harbor Springs to anyone who needs a motel in the area.

Hidden gem! We stopped for the night at this BW on our way from NC to the Keweenaw Peninsula. We are a family of 6, and it's often hard to find hotels that will sleep all of us. This place was AMAZING!! We had a 2-room suite with 2 bathrooms! A fireplace, full kitchen, REAL mugs for our coffee. It was just perfect. Our kids thought we were living the high life. The employee who checked us in called our room shortly after we'd gotten settled to make sure we had everything we needed. The employee manning the breakfast was so helpful and pleasant! When all 4 kids wanted waffles, she made them and brought them to us as they came up. She helped us get settled with our food in the dining area. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely remember this hotel when we are visiting our Michigan family again. So so comfortable, great price, helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for giving these weary travelers a comfortable place to rest.
