More for the low class people. It's a decent park, not ran down but not great either. Owner has been working on cleaning it up.

Needs updating but it's a nice cozy little trailer park. Owner is nice.

Terrible management, bad water and most of all the place is full of meth addicts the manager protects. Very bad place to live. Thank God Im gone from there.

Lawns not mowed. Non running or non current registration on vehicles. More than one RV in some spaces. People running businesses in their space. No noise curfew. Loose dogs and feral cats. Speed limit not enforced. Inadequate shower curtains. Too much late night traffic after 12am-7am. People have no rules and troublemakers only given a 30day or more eviction notice. The good/bad point is that it's long term. I tell people jokingly "RV" stands for refugee village. This place is unique like "Slab City". I still live here because I live on SS but I'm moving ASAP.
