Carlos and Oakville Import provided an excellent service at extremely reasonable prices. I'm very satisfied with their quality of work and attention to detail. My repairs were quite extensive and I was continually updated on where we stood in the process, expected timing and full transparency around cost in advance. They even went the extra mile by driving my car back to me as I was unable to coordinate an appropriate midweek pickup. My car is running great - Thank you!

I highly recommend this trustworthy, professional and pleasant shop. I have been taking my Audi and Mercedes to Carlos and Daniel for over 7 years. They obviously enjoy and care about the work they do. In my 15+ visits over the years, they have provided an accurate diagnosis, a full explanation of the problem and solution, and then executed an expert repair, every single time. They do it all -- from complex and unusual repairs to routine maintenance. Through 40 years of getting cars fixed, I have never seen better -- they do everything right the first time, on time, and at a fair and reasonable price.

I had a challenging repair on my Mercedes GL350 that I needed completed very quickly. With one day's notice Daniel met me at 7:30 the next morning. Both Daniel and Carlos completed the repair at a very reasonable cost. It was really nice to get a follow-up e-mail from Carlos the next day confirming that everything was OK. This was my first experience with Oakville Import Auto Centre. I will definitely be going back. It is very refreshing to find professional, knowledgeable people at reasonable rates! Thanks again.

I own a Volvo C30 that had problems with the manual brake freezing in the winter, to the point that I could not move the car. I took it into my Volvo dealer 3 times for service, one of those times I left it with them for 3 days in the winter so they could duplicate the problem. They NEVER fixed it, couldn't even diagnose the problem! I brought the car to Carlos and he very quickly found the problem, corrosion such that the calipers would not release. I had the brakes completely replaced because of uneven wear that was the result of the calipers seizing up. My problem is solved, the brakes work perfectly, and I still can't believe that Volvo couldn't figure it out - although their customer service was always friendly, their mechanics fail as far as competence goes.
