Staff can't figure out how to unlock channels like fox news and HBO that liberals continue to lock in random rooms. Old AC units that are either always on or always off... you pick.. shower pressure is very lacking! Tv's are small especially when compared to other hotels at the same rate. Only 1 ice machine.. 1st floor... No complimentary breakfast.. The only positive is customer service is very professional and pleasant.

Inexpensive has a compromise as a general guideline. I stayed here for weeks on a company expense. I would not recommend it to anyone who can afford Oxford suites, but if good enough is your game then play on. This is a railroad bunker, sound proof rooms is BS. You hear the neighbors tv, the water from the floor around you, and bangs from vehicles outside pound into the room I stayed in. The card reader didn't work very often, the service staff skipped my room randomly, the free coffee is cheap, and I had a bed bug concern which they addressed but denied finding any bugs, sorta creepy commentary which ended after I addressed it, I asked for a different room twice and was disregarded each time, ..generally staff meant to be kind and provide good service. Wasn't worst scenario at all, just not a 5 star experience. If saving money is more important than full luxury then oak tree is okay. Not low end and not high end, clean and cozy enough.

I've paid a lot more and gotten much less. We've stayed here before and it was adequate but this time it was great. I don't know when they updated their rooms but they're beautiful. Clean and comfortable; reasonably priced. People often expect continental breakfast; they don't offer that here but our room had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. I think Oak Tree caters largely to the traveling worker. The railroad lodges their engineers here so I imagine they're in and out at all hours. We will definitely be staying here again unless we want to pay more for more amenities.

The hotel was nice, clean and has plenty of amenities. The black out curtains are definitely something ALL hotels should implement!! The graveyard shift front desk clerk was the inspiration for this image... unable to process my credit card properly, struggled with the roll away, and then the room was smoldering since they dont keep the ac on. But the hotel was worth the 80$ and was clean, pet friendly and easy access for rigs with trailers.

Outstanding hotel! Very clean and very quite. Right next to a large supermarket for anything you may need. Large parking area for whatever you may be driving. BBQ and shade structures for your enjoyment. Can't say enough about the service an the staff. Will definitely stay there again!
