The location is very decent and the rooms clean and comfortable. What made my experience such a fantastic one was the level of customer care and service provided by the staff who checked me in and out, Collin and Amber, respectively. They went above and beyond to have my room ready earlier, offered me a welcome bag with snacks and drinks in it, and even swapped out the soda and chips for water and granola bars when I said I was trying to stick to a healthy diet (even had the welcome bag placed in my room for me). I was also given a couple bottled waters for the road when I checked out. Overall, my experiences with the staff were amazing, and it's employees like Collin and Amber who will ensure I come back.

Right on the edge of Hermiston city limits. Helpful staff upgraded my room and got me a discounted rate. Room was very nice for a regular 'no frills' Best Western.

Very clean and fresh, good size fridge with small freezer compartment, friendly customer service from front desk to cleaning staff. Kids loved the great options at breakfast. Loved the complimentary snacks as we departed. Would stay here again!

The staff at hotel are very helpful. I had an appointment the next day and wondered how much time would I need to drive to Heppner. The young man at the desk gave me an estimate and said he would check and call me to let me know if his estimate was off.This is a fairly new hotel. It is nicely decorated

Check in clerk was very helpful in laying out restaurant options in town, as well as informing about 'give and go' breakfast option for the following morning. She also accurately forecasted the eclipse traffic. Room was nicely laid out, and a very comfortable bed. Good value.
