O'Neil's Farm Equipment & Lawn and Garden Equipment

I bought a new battery for my riding tractor in May 2016. This battery didn't seem to have a lot of cranking amps a few months later but it managed to turn the engine....barely. I stored this battery indoors over winter and connected a smart-charger to it in March before re-installing it. When I re-installed it (May 2017), it didn't have enough cranking amps to turn the engine over. I took it back to O'Neil's and the attendant took one look at it and Said, "Yeah..... they only offer 6 months warrantee on those." I said, " So you know that you are selling a sub-standard product and that it doesn't reflect well on O'Neil's?" He shrugged his shoulders. I said, " So there is nothing you can do?" He said, "No." So I went in to see Mr. Smith (proprietor?). Mr. Smith took the time to explain to me what I can do to extend the battery life of my lawn tractors going forward and what I may have done to shorten the battery life. I learned a great deal. Further-more, he exchanged my dead battery for a replacement! The replacement is working wonderfully. In the real world "stuff" happens. It's nice to know you can still get old-school service in this day-and-age! Thank you Mr. Smith/O'Neil's.

I bought my weed eater and riding lawn mower here and the sales people are professional, efficient and VERY helpful! There was a recall on a hose on the mower and they called me, they came and picked it up and returned it a week later. Great service.

O'Neil's is awesome! I had been looking for a specific Cub Cadet snow blower, called O'Neil's and they called me back when they had one in stock. I did the entire transaction over the phone, got a Cub Cadet rebate and they delivered it promptly. When Doug delivered it, the snowblower had gas with a bit of stabilizer because it was only yet September, and Doug showed me how to safely operate it. There's a reason why O'Neil's has been in business for so long - they have awesome customer service. I highly recommend them.

The staff at O'Neils are great. We have been buying equipment there for as long as I can remember. Tom in parts knows way too much about parts (in a good way) and can help you find what you need. We now own mostly CaseIH equipment because of the service we get from O'Neils. They offer fair deals on trade-in's and some excellent deals on demo equipment.
