Nyack Motor Lodge

Nice, large rooms. Helpful employees. Very convient to work location and the mall. Room service very prompt. Maid locked our room by mistake had to go to front desk. Cannot pay for this hotel online. Check in easy though. Sometimes some questionable people hanging around later at night.

The Nyack motor lodge is my home away from home I am always treated very well the rooms are always clean and affordable and most important I feel very safe when I stay there I highly recommend you stay there if you're in rockland county and it's not to far from the city

I called to see about pricing and the woman who answered the phone was extreamly nasty and hung up on me after stating their rates, she didnt even give me an opportunity to book even if I wanted to. I then called back, giving the benefit of the doubt to see if the hang up was by mistake and she proceeded to literally yelling at me saying she had 8 people waiting on her. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered!! I asked to speak to the manager and she she said he wasnt there and wont be. I will NEVER recommend this place!

Great for the price! Service staff are very nice and hardworking! They are very welcoming and friendly. Whatever we needed - we asked, and we got it! Rooms may not be the fanciest, but they were clean and serviced everyday. The only thing is, depending on who the staff is at the front desk, they can be really rude at times. Also, you can hear through the walls - we heard our next door guests 'getting it on' in their room next to us. We thought it was hilarious, but I'm not sure if every guest is as tolerant as we are. Otherwise, overall everything is great. We give it a 4/5 because of the rude front desk staff.
