Days Inn Nanuet Spring Valley

The rooms are nice, great beds, they also have a microwave, tables, TV and a good bathroom but the customer service could be better (talking about the office) they were rude when asking some questions about the key for my room and also some issues with the Wi-Fi connection because the Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, just in the office so they tell you that is your phone that has issues with it but actually all the customers have same issues with the connection.

Customer service is excellent the office personal are real friendly but some guests are rude but the area is great there are alot of shopping malls plus friendly people in this location there is one made that clean all room and she is very friendly and she does a fantastic job plus in the morning there is a young Spanish lady that she is friendly and kind thank you for making my stay comfortable clean friendly staff..

Excellent to take a bath and sleep.. if you want to travel this is beautiful place to stay

The people who work at this hotel are wonderful! The rooms are basic (with great tv channels though) and meet the needs of whoever is staying. Plenty of fast food and convenience stores in the area.

OMG!!!! I'm here now with my daughter and if I had the money to move hotels I WOULD! The rooms are clean however the front desk is located in another building around the corner. My room REAKS of smoke. I just had to go purchase an iron because they don't provide them AND their "free wifi" doesn't work! This is the worst property I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't recommend you come here unless you have NO OTHER options!!!
