The Hilton seems to always disappoint me in someway. The hotel rooms beautiful, staff beautiful. but paying for your continental breakfast a deal breaker. This is the first time paying for breakfast at a major brand hotel. Their sister hotel, Hampton Inn same breakfast and no extra charge for the breakfast. How is that possible. Fix this and they would get a 5-star rating from me.

Sean at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We were in town for a wake and funeral. We got in late and Sean at the desk and Ben at the bar made sure we were able to get some food and drink before the kitchen closed at 10. The breakfast on Saturday morning was fine. Dominik was great. I never remember people's names normally. But the staff here really made our brief stay better. Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. We stayed 8/11/17.

First time staying here was Dec 2016 and I will be returning the same time this year. Great customer service/hospitality. Beautiful decor. Very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfy... I received an email immediately after my stay from the FOM inquiring about my stay which was awesome.

I'm angry while writing this. It is unacceptable for a hotel to not have hot water. If you see this and decide to stay there make sure it's at least a month since this post. Also ask if they are having issues with the hot water. CYA and keep it clean and warm. I'm going to work dirty because no hot water.

The manager is super friendly and was always there talking to us and helping us out. She saw us taking our kids pictures and offered uss of a ballroom to take the pictures, she also gave us a breakfast voucher. The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious and clean. The staff was always around if we needed anything. The pool was a hit with the kids and it was always stocked with fresh towels!! Would definetely reccomend this over many others in the area! Will stay again for sure!!
