Nova Ristorante

We have gone to this restaurant for many years, back to when it was plain old Pizza Nova. Generally very good service and reasonably priced dishes. Since the change to Nova Ristorante the mains have been updated to a more modern selection. They can take larger groups. Noise level is fine. Vegetarians would probably be okay here with the pizza or salad. On this visit I had the Tuscan Pesto and A had the Chicken a la Nova. The Tuscan Pesto is a combo of pasta, chicken, artichoke and red peppers. My only issue was that the chicken seemed a touch rubbery, Serving size was good. (4/5) $15 A had the Chicken a la Nova. Grilled chicken with roast potatoes and vegetables. She gave it 5/5 on taste and serving size. $19 The whole wheat buns before dinner were served warm. We both enjoyed them. 5/5 We didn't have dessert (no room after those dinners) I had a cappuccino which was really good. A had a latte but was disappointed and wished that she had had the cappuccino as well. Server was good (Delle I think) With the entrees, a 9oz wine, a beer and coffees, tip it was just over $70. If you stick to the pizza (which is good) you can keep it down to $40 (for 2)

I had the Tuscan pesto. It had penne noodles with chicken, artichokes, red peppers and goat cheese. Flavour was Amazing! Noodles were a little too aldente for me. Service was average. Overall good experience.

Veronica & team were very accommodating to our large 30+ person group. Good food and service at a reasonable cost.

Good food, service is just ok. Nice, clean, cozy place to take the kids when you want some simple Italian. Good quality.

Excellent food, service & reasonably priced for authentic Italian. Lunch: Chicken Parmesan sandwich on Italian bun & side green salad; very tasty!
