Northwestern Chinese Cuisine

Well what can I say? I think I’ll start by saying boy the fish broth was amazing. It was rich and full of umami. I ordered the Dutch shredded potato noodles with fish broth and it’s safe to say that this was among the best dishes I have ever tasted. I also ordered the chefs special cold noodles and seafood potato noodles and all three were just fabulous. I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

Good authentic chinese food. I must point out the cleanliness of the place which is not superb. The water in your glassed is dirty , the whole place and the kitchen needs a good clean up too. I would go again for the big portions and the tasty food.Food: 5/5

Everything we have tried at this restaurant has been delicious. We come here almost every time we visit Montreal often and have never been disappointed. Service is efficient and the food is so fresh.

I came at late night upon arrival in Montreal. My first visit. Food is good and the owner is friendly and have conversation with him. Enjoy the atmosphere. Will go back again and try other dishes.Food: 4/5

Food is wonderful: 5 stars! It's not my first time here, and I'm still loving the taste. The pork ribs are perfectly stewed to provide the creamy texture, and there is a LOT of seafood in the seafood fish rice noodle not to mention that they taste great in it. The waitress, however, is not wearing masks while working — I do see her cleaning tables after use, though. She is kind when she interacts with you, but that doesn't come very often as she is very focused on her laptop, not checking with customers unless absolutely necessary. I have stayed about half an hour, for half of this period I was the only customer in the restaurant, and she never tried to check if I need my water refilled or napkins replaced, not for once. tbh I'm not the type to need a lot of attention while eating otherwise this could go way below 4 stars, but I would expect some minimal professionalism from waiters that would receive tips from customers. I still tipped 10% which is unusual since I always give 15+% at dine-ins, but I got to say that the customer service has a lot of rooms for improvement.

Most delicious Liangpi I eat in my life!!! 5 for it! Rou Jia Mo is not as juicy as it supposed to be though. But overall very delicious food with reasonable price. Server is kind and helpful too!

What we order was good. But you should add more toppings in your soup, because it is almost only noodles and noodles. Also, it was really cold in this place, so we had to keep our coats to don't feel cold. It would be a very nice place if you fix those 2 issues. The person that makes the service looked very nice and kind.

Tasty traditional Chinese food . Quick and nice service. They can work on the place being more clean but otherwise everything else is fine.

I thoroughly enjoyed my soup and "beef bun" here. I love that Montreal now has more regional Chinese places. Most of all I loved the service--very friendly waitress. I don't think they have a liquor license and there's no vibe at all...but nice cheap place on a cold day.
