While looking for small air compressor quick connect. 3 associates helped me locate what they say was the right one. I even had a picture. Paid $20 and went home only to find out it didn't fit was the wrong one. I returned to the store to be told no return as package was open and no returns on tools. So 3 associates sold me the wrong one and now take no responsibility. GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! What a scam. Will never shop there again and will make sure everyone i know stays well clear. I want a Manager to call me. Cashier says not sure that is possible. Just a joke operation.

WOW - what a service? Come up to the counter, the guy by the register is talking to a couple, and I am waiting. He does not even pay attention to me standing with the purchase in front of him, busy talking, and it would not be a problem if he said something like - I'll be right with you or anything in that matter. In about a min or 2 another one comes up and asks if I have been served yet? When I made a remarking about the other one not paying attention to me waiting to get served, I was told he was finishing up with a customer - talking perhaps? When I asked for the store manager, the one who did not pay attention to me said that its him. When, I asked about the owner, he said, I am the owner. Then the one how served me, ironically smiled. Very, very ignorant. Perhaps, she is the vice manager? If you want to buy something at HH go to the other once, where the nice people work. WOW, what a service?
