I love this place .for different stuff,u don't see anywhere else .fun!
I called 7 different auto hardware parts stores in Sarnia and 5 out if 7 phonecalls were bad. The workers either didn't have a clue and didn't attempt to look into anything of what I was asking about. I called your business and you actually took a look and even if you don't carry the part I was asking about I appreciate the kindness and effort I'll for sure take my business your way now. Thanks
Always love shopping here! Only negative would be displays need to be straightened up and organized. Many times I find my self sorting out inventory so I can find items. Customers are excellent at putting stuff back nowhere near where it should be.
They had the sale items I was looking for in stock
The Peavey Mart in Sarnia is a joke! It was a joke when I was TSC also, we quit going there when it was tsc due to never having anything especially when it was on sale, we tried it now that it’s peavey mart and it’s even worse, we needed wood shavings they told my wife to drive around and someone would load them , we’ll the gate was locked 10mins later nobody came out my wife went in the store and asked for her money back the girl said sorry they must not of heard me over the P.A. Then gave money back, she didn’t even hesitate to go get help, another time I was in to get something it was high up on a shelve which required a forklift , which every kid working there said they were not qualified to operate the forklift! This place sucks we are done trying here.
Store manager actually cares! Fantastic service.
I shop regularly at TSC for pet food, and cat litter. The customer service is great. I always get the help I need to get the extra large bags up on the top shelf. And there’s a smile when offering to help load up my truck. It’s nice not just being a feed store or just carry tractor supplies. If I need paint, fencing, chains or even a lightbulb, I will find it at TSC
I know someone very well who just started working there. I went in briefly this fast Sunday, November 10th, 2019. My first time in the store. It was fascinating to see the products they carry, the layout of the store. I was told the people that work there are very nice.
Great store with friendly and helpful staff. The only minor caveat I'd add is that you have to follow up re. items you may have on order. You can you positively rely on getting a call from the store when an item you have ordered has arrived. You need to be proactive by calling the store to find out whether the item has arrived and may be picked up.
One cashier was standing at a register on her mobile phone. She directed me to the courtesy desk to pay for the 50lb bag of chicken food. The courtesy desk was processing a return and it was taking a while. Please, if you are on a break take it in a designated area. Its not a good look to be standing near a cash register while cutsomers are in line.
