Northern Walleye Lodge

We stayed in the Island cabin the last full week of August 2016. This was our first year in a cabin and not bringing our own boat on a Canadian fishing trip. All the outfitter"s equipment worked well and the cabin was fine. The owners were helpful with any information we needed for the trip be successful. We fished hard and were able to catch fish every day releasing more then we kept. The price was very reasonable. Thanks to Warren and Melanie for the wonderful time and assistance.

Me and my husband enjoyed the American plan in the end of May this year. Warren and Melanie were wonderful gracious hosts and the food was fantastic. The cabins were very clean and private with breath taking scenery to enjoy. Dog Lake had some great fishing that left us with many amazing memories. You couldn't wipe the smile off my husbands face for weeks after our coming back home. We will be returning this fall or next spring with out doubt and bringing friends along with us to enjoy the lodge.

2015 was my first trip to the lodge. I found the fishing to be fantastic and the accommodations on the same level. The staff was friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. The main lodge had plenty of activities and couches for a sharing stories of the day. The camp is situated on a beautiful location within the lake with very open views of the water and wilderness. I read a review below saying the lake was busy etc but we found the opposite. During our stay we felt like the lake was ours. My father and his friends have been up here several times and I look forward to going back this June. Book with confidence.

I have been going to Northern Walleye Lodge for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with my trip. Each year we are treated great by the staff, and we always catch a ton of fish. We routinely catch over 250 walleye in a week. Many in the 25+ inch category. The cabins are always clean,and located right next to the lake so you can relax or fish right from your cabin. The lake and surroundings are beautiful, and the sunsets from camp are gorgeous! Having dealt with other outfitters, Northern Walleye Lodge always has gone far above others with it's service to it's customers. I highly recommend Northern Walleye Lodge to anyone seeking a beautiful, peaceful, and rustic place to fish and relax!
