Best Northern Motel and Restaurant

I used this hotel in the fall season when I was exploring Lake Superior Provincial Park and it was a phenomenal experience. I am not from Canada and they made it a good experience. They were more than helpful! When I was visiting in October, it was cold and the room was nice and warm at all times! And my room was at the end of the stretch of rooms! Parking lot could have been bigger but there was a lot of construction vehicles parked there so that is not their fault for how much space THEY took up. I will visit again on my next Canada Trip.

I drove from Alberta to London Ontario and this was the best little motel we stayed at. Tucked away from the highway, nice and quiet little spot. The room was cozy with a little gas fireplace and a big bay window facing the back of the motel and not the parking lot. The bath tub was deep enough for a nice hot bath while the blizzard blew around outside. The time of year we passed through, the restaurant was not open so we did not get to experience the food. But this spot by far surpassed all the other motels we stayed at. I gave it 4 stars only because we did not eat there

Helpful and warm, welcoming hosts. Called ahead for my son and his room mate who are moving home to Ontario from BC. He said it was like arriving at a friend's house when they got there - great place to spend a night. Thanks for looking after my boys!

I had a great experience with the owner's Mark and Teresa. They will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience at Best Northern Motel. 100% would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Wawa!

This is a good motel for an economical stay. The staff are quite helpful and rooms are also good enough to crash for the night. Just make sure you are clear when booking in case you need any extra beds as they don't have a lot of them. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is also pretty good.
