I had a wonderful experience here. Friendly staff, great and fast service. I went in for a laptop repair and ended up leaving with a new computer due to the old one being beyond fixing, and the staff made the overall experience pleasant despite the bummer of losing my files and having to spend cash. Helpful and friendly every step of the way, 100% would recommend!

Aaron is the computer guru, the last computer they built for me has never had a problem ever. so I had another one built, there designs, wire management, hard products they use are built to last and a cut above the rest. I'm very thank full I stumbled upon these guys a while back. His staff is nice, professional, and attentive. Northern protocol is always a good choice.

Aaron and the team at Northern Protocol far exceed what they promise. We purchased a new business and closed sooner than anticipated so lots of details needed to be rushed, Northern Protocol didn't flinch once, we had our custom system in place within 36 hours......I feel this time frame is incredible. They even had a remote session with a computer technician set up my outlook accounts that were pretty complicated with multiple accounts Northern Protocol is the place to go to for computer and technical services
