Factory Direct

Factory Direct is awesome! The staff members are so nice and friendly. I recently bought a MacBook from there and got the warranty with it and the bottom screws were coming loose, so they took it in and are repairing it! The warranty is so worth is and the staff are so nice. Signing up for their coupon emails was also great! They send coupons for $5- over $100 off! I would defiantly recommend going here. I really like the customer service from Tristan (I think that's how you spell it) as he was the one I've wound up dealing with the last few times but he is so helpful! Yes, a lot of items are refurbished but if you get the warranty and something goes wrong, you're covered.

Went there for a laptop, wanting one for basic bills and a game, the guy selling it to me basically told me to shut up, and ended up selling my aunt a high-end 1T voice-activated laptop for $700 when she didn't need it. She told him that she just needs a basic one and gave her one that was way too expensive and high end for her needs. Then when I asked him about a MacBook he asked what it would be for and when I tried to answer him I got told to shut up and let him finish. Even though he asked me a question. Would not recommend getting anything from this store unless you want to be ripped off and have the whole store smell like weed. He took advantage of the fact that 3 girls went in, then when he found out I actually knew stuff about computers he acted like a jerk about it and made me not talk while he falsely sold my aunt a laptop that she didn't need.

The staff are great, clean store, most products are available, great deals. The only real complaint is the store reeked of B.O.

A very positive experience. I purchased an air conditioning unit at the end of spring, hoping for a warm summer. The unit ran fine until it unexpectedly began to develop a leak. Can you believe it was just outside of the warranty period? Should have bought that extended warranty! Well not holding out a lot of hope I called and then drove the unit to the store. Hoping the more than an hour drive would be worth my while I met the store Manager. He listened, understood my ask, asked for some time to sort out with their office. He returned and with a smile said he had a solution. I would like what he would offer. He seemed to be as pleased with the outcome as I was. Can you believe a complete return and exchange? Exceeded my expectations. I'm sitting cool only a few hours later. Thanks
